Delivered right on time! I haven’t seen the final basket yet that I ordered but my friends received it as promised :)

Ordering from Australia for delivery in Canada, I wanted to order something other than flowers for my friend that just retired. WOW WOW WOW, the basket was such a surprise for her. A beautiful bottle of prosecco, flute glasses and chocolate strawberries. All packed beautifully in a basket and delivered on time. Will definitely order again.

Once I placed the order your staff reached out, worked on the details and made sure that what I ordered was what I wanted. They then sent it out and it got there for the weekend, which I was told it would not make it until the Monday! I was overjoyed that it got there early and so was the recipient! Would definitely use your services again!

I was slightly disappointing with the packaging of the hamper which was only supported by no more than an ordinary cartoon base box instead of a basket shown on the catalogue.

Easy to order online. Lovely baskets with soo much variety! We bought as a gift for another person and they loved it very much! Would definitely order from again!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

Selected 1-day delivery (which is advertised on their website) yet my order took almost a week to arrive. There was no proactive communication or meaningful update during the delay.

To make matters worse, what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. I ordered a premium-looking gift hamper with a teddy bear, chocolates and champagne, but instead received a cheap-looking plastic-wrapped bundle with an oversized plush toy and a bag of chocolates. It looked like something thrown together at the last minute, not a gift worth the money I paid.

Customer service was equally disappointing. They were dismissive, rude, and simply told me there was “nothing they could do” because I had to deal directly with the courier. The courier never responded, leaving me completely stuck. As the retailer, they should take responsibility for ensuring customers receive what they paid for instead of passing the blame.

Between the missed delivery promise, the misleading product presentation, and the awful customer service, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you’re ordering a gift for a special occasion. You risk it arriving late, looking nothing like the advertised product, and receiving no help if anything goes wrong.

I (Tamara Bushnik) ordered the gift for Father's Day from the U.S. to be delivered to my father in Ottawa, Ontario. Ordering was easy, follow-up from Hazelton's re the delivery date was appreciated, and the gift arrived on time and in great shape.

Parcel arrived on time. I was notified when the wine arrived via phone call. I've used Hazelton on many occasions and would recommend it to anyone else who wants to send a special gift.

Great selection of items along with the ability to customize options is wonderful. Quality products, reasonable pricing, and efficient delivery.

From start to finish shopping was easy to maneuver, gift was well received. Very good service.

Strongly advise against using this service. The basket delivered was almost entirely different than what I had ordered - I had ordered a beer tasting kit, and it arrived without beer glasses or a tasting board, the main focal point of the basket. I was told it was their policy that they could substitute anything they wanted - which defeats the purpose of selecting that gift! If you just want a basket of whatever they have lying around, then this might be the option for you.

We ordered a beautiful baby basket for a shower and received something completely embarrassing to give to the mother. I understand that substitutions need to be made at times, but why you would put in a stuffed penguin that was gray and black with hair and a winter hat for a summer baby doesn't even make any sense at all when it was supposed to be a colorful giraffe. When I asked their customer service to send a new basket I was told they couldn't as the penguin was the only stuffed animal in their entire warehouse. Don't use them, there are so many other companies out there that you will get what you ordered.

The gift was perfect. The only problem I had was not with Hazelton’s, but with Canada post. I was informed that it would be delivered directly to an adult (with ID), when Canada post left it just inside the fence on the townhouse (visible to anyone), not even up to the door. Children play in the area and there is constant foot traffic. Thank goodness the person receiving it was waiting for it and knew to watch.

Very easy to view, select, and purchase. I did this from Australia, and my order was delivered to my friend in Canada in a timely manner and perfect condition - it was a lovely surprise for her! Thank you!
