I have ordered my 3 Bag Pork…
I have ordered my 3 Bag Pork Scratching's on the 26th of August order number: #CH59289
They where suppose to arrive 3 to 4 days .
So I taught perfect it will arrive before I leave the Uk on the 4th of September , but they never did !!!
They Have arrived on the 7th of September way to late by which time I have left the Uk and so they have been left with a neighbour .
I went to pick them up today from my neighbour and they are gone so it seems they went missing .
So thank you for delayed delivery and for a nothing .
I am disappointed as I hope this will arrive in time so I can take it with me as present for my Dad .
I work in the Industry as well and I do post parcels all the time and Run my Own Removal Company .
So I don't find it acceptable to delay an order for so long and at the end no to receive anything .
If I do the same in my Industry wouldn't survive for long.

Only received part of my order
Only received part of my order, and still no reply from them after a week, pork scratchings was good just a shame on there customer service, now out of pocket, was going to order more but not now, just be careful and check your order when arrives.

Order only partially fulfilled.
Wouldn't know how this flavour was as they never arrived, and after the mess around with the other part of my order never bothered chasing it up. The pork scratchings are really nice but not worth the logistical nightmare unfortunately, will not be ordering again.

Small delay but..
After a small delay my goods arrived, I've not tried them as this was give as a birthday present for someone who loves pork scratchings. I've had no bad reviews back so I assume they're spot on.

I have no idea what shipping protection is. Coolhog consider it important enough for me to pay for it though.

Shipping protection is completely optional when placing an order and is not something customers have to purchase. It is offered as an additional option to cover your parcel in the event that it is lost or damaged while in transit.

OK, but needs some improvements
Took a whole week to be dispatched. Ordered Pork Scratchings, but these were more like Pork Crunch, much softer than they should be. Also the Worcestershire Sauce flavour was mild - needed more punch.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Adverts are basically lies. Really poor quality. Most of my bag was the light airy type, more like pork crunch, not pork scratchings.
