Always great, arrives on time, if there is ever an issue, it is corrected immediately. I would highly recommend.

I am satisfied with my first order, though it was meant for a gift. I will use Hazelton's Canada to take care of my future gifts. I even received a picture of the location where the gift was delivered to; professionalism and assurance at play at same time.

We appreciate the curated offering available through Hazelton's. The app suggested high quality items and allowed us to add extras, as desired. The recipient called us and text a photo of the gift basket (more than the usual email of thanks). The basket went to a rural address in Manitoba and was received within a week. Easy to use and impactful giving.

Ordering on line straight forward and easy to complete. Arrived in the expected period of time. The recipient was very impressed.
Overall a great experience and a quality product.

Buying here is a terrible experience, they always look bad.
Last year I bought a birthday gift and one of the liquids was almost empty. I made the complaint a couple of times and they NEVER responded or apologized (I paid for a new and complete product and it arrived almost empty, a total lack of respect).
Believing it was an isolated incident, I bought a birthday gift again and it never arrived at the indicated address. When I made the claim they told me that I was the one who had to coordinate the delivery with the courier company, or I myself had to go to the courier company to claim it, something totally illogical considering that I do not live in Canada. a complete violation of the customer considering that I paid for a service that included home delivery. Terrible experience and service. Shopping here is a nightmare.

Had it delivered to my house first for quality control because the online reviews stated they got stuff they didn't order and it wasn't what they thought but they definitely got my order correct and very quickly too! Paying with Wise : It didn't have my bank so my husband had to open a new account with his bank.
The gifts: Some things were switched out/not included in the basket and I did not receive any emails updating me with the changes.

Very disappointed.
This company does not deliver what is advertised on their website. They charge premium prices but ship items that are completely different from what you ordered.

In my case, I paid for a nice wooden barrel and received a cheap basket instead. When I contacted them, they told me they can substitute items as they wish — which is unacceptable.

This feels misleading and unprofessional. I would not trust this company again.

Sympathy Basket for a Friend.
My friend lost her mother. The basket was full of treats wine and beer. My friend was totally amazed with everything in the basket. Her and her husband loved it.
It was delivered on the date I asked it to be which is a big plus. The basket was a hit. I will order from there again.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a birthday gift for our daughter, and they completely failed to deliver it on such an important day. It ruined an important once-a-year celebration and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and disappointment. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a full refund. This is dishonest and feels like a complete scam. Completely unreliable and not to be trusted.
I strongly warn others — do not risk using this service
