Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Cruise I wanted to book, advising as necessary.

I had serious reservations on the evening we booked but was told within 24 hours of booking po had no 14 day cooling off period. I could change my holiday before the balance was due but the new cruise (if I chose one would have to be to the same value or more. The cost of holiday insurance wasn’t raised by the travel agent until I raised it after I had already signed the paper work. The travel agent then quoted a price but this was without any medical disclosures . We will both be over 80 when we travel and as pensioners holiday insurance prices would mean the difference between going on a cruise or not. When insurance could be the cost of half the holiday and it’s compulsory!

Went in a saw Tasha about booking our honey moon. Been in multiple times now over the years and as always, we had multiple options shown to us explaining each hotel and packages available. Booked our honeymoon the next day. Thanks again for everything. Nothing is ever too much for the team in there.

Charlotte listened to my thoughts and provided quotes, following them up after giving me time to consider them . Whoever answered the phone, they had access to previous discussions/quotes, so they could respond quickly and effectively. I never felt rushed - Charlotte was always patient and helpful. When I called in ,Emma was able to complete the booking for me, but even so, Charlotte took the time to come over and say hello when she was free. Always a personal service.

An EXTREMELY well run office. Emma always books my holidays for me but I always get great service from everyone. It’s a lovely environment in store and they all make a lovely cuppa tea! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to book my holidays - thank you all!

Having Visited the Romsey Branch of Hayes travel quite a few times over the past couple of years,I have always found the staff very friendly,helpful and knowledgable.Although Ive mainly dealt with Emma the other members of staff are always willing to assist in giving friendly advice

We have two trips in our minds to Europe and once we had explained our aspirations, the staff member then set about putting together the travel packages that met our requirements. The offer of tea or coffee definitely helped whilst all the travel arrangements were being compiled.

Quick service..booked my holiday in 25 mins..I had difficulties transferring payment from one bank to another to pay for my holiday..Tasha was super helpful guiding me through the stages to make that transaction happen!
