Roy gave us 5 star treatment, this is the 3rd holiday we have booked with Hays Travel at Transit Way Plymouth, solely because of Roy and his team, they are excellent, they are so polite and knowledgeable, we went back to the office on the 11th January and have booked another holiday to Tenerife in December this year, we will also be going back in a few months time to book another holiday for some time in June this year for our 50th wedding anniversary. We recommend them to everyone we know
