Excellent service as always
As always, Lucy provided excellent service, making sure she got the best possible deal and room option for me and my husband who uses a wheelchair. She gave us a wealth of information about the cruise ship we had booked and also provided help finding suitable port parking and details about wheelchair accessible port excursions. Lucy is really friendly and having travelled all over the world herself can usually give first hand knowledge and advice. 10/10 from me 😊

Lucy really listened to my criteria and searched hard to find suitable holidays within our budget. Even when my criteria kept changing! In the end she found us a 'right bargain' which we were very happy with.
