Hays Travel - Glasgow Omdömen 

I decided to enlist the help of Hays Travel to find my family Summer holiday, this was a fast and efficient service with Great customer service from team member Karen, I was asked an array of questions on my wants and needs and she came up with fab suggestions. We booked our holiday and was offered different ways to pay and because I completed the transaction by phone a quick payment link was sent, which was great! Downloaded the app and my booking was added, would definitely book through Hays Travel again.

The young lady i spoke to was very polite and professional helped with all my questions just a joy to talk to .

We had booked flights with Qatar via Doha and outbound flights were cancelled. Siana in your Glasgow office managed to get us on to an alternative airline with timings to suit booked activities at our destination.
She also managed to get our daughter, who had booked independently, on to the same flights.

Siana was great and helpful, helped me book a hotel for my upcoming holiday. Great service
