Great service
The agent (Giuliana) was very helpful and patient. She was prepared to spend a lot of time sorting out my queries and booking my trip. Being helped by a human being in an actual shop was far less stressful than trying to investigate all the options myself at home.

Unhappy and no correspondence
This is just the 1 st day and the rep wasn’t there and no one knew what or what we r doing and no one to meet us and also tomorrows tour the whole group not happy and we dont know where we meet or even what time we r to leave for our tour.
