We needed guidance with the biggest holiday of our lifetimes and sat down on the correct seat - opposite Hannah. We were green as grass as to how to even begin and by the end of our first meeting, she had us well on the way.
Nothing was too much and we soon recognised that we also were able to put suggestions/ wishes to her to be added to the long itinerary.
Would highly recommend for the not so straightforward holiday.

I'd like Hays travel to book me a tailored holiday
I'd like to go into Hays travel to have a tailored trip booked for me not an off the shelf one. I can book that for myself.
I would really like to have a specialised package flight, hotel and transfer booked independently with ATOL protection from Hays. Our local branch said that they cant do this. What they did book for us we finished off ourselves. Checking ourselves on flights etc. We may as well have done it ourselves from the beginning. We saved no money.
