We do have courtesy vehicles available at each of our sites, however they do get booked in advance and may require more of a wait before your appointment. Next time you need to book in with us make sure to mention it to the operator.

I tried to book a replacement sun roof with Autoglass and Haynes in Canterbury, both of which were less than helpful. Haynes Ford Maidstone completed the job efficiently and i'm grateful to have my car back with an intact sunroof.

Motorhome Service by Mobile Mechanic
My motorhome needed its service and I called Haynes and got there mobile mechanic to come to my home. The service we received when booking the service is fantastic and the mechanic called to confirm he was on his way and carried out the service perfectly with no fuss. Would 100% recommend Haynes

Really good customer service
Really good customer service, Laura at reception was really friendly and professional.
I was asked a few times by different staff if I was ok and if I’d like a coffee while waiting.
My car was sorted and bought back round to me at the front reception and handed over by a friendly member of staff.
All in all a painless experience with no problems.

Really pleased with the service I received in dealing with a problem with my new van, prompt appointment and a call to keep me informed of the progress. Haynes Maidstone will now become my first call dealership for all servicing and warranty work.

The communication between myself and Ford Canterbury (Zacson) was first class. Everything went according to plan, the necessary spare part was promptly ordered and fitted straight after the service.
The courtesy car was ready for me on my arrival, nothing negative to report.

Great service
My car broke down and had to be recovered to Haynes. They were really good and got the car booked in straight away and then fixed with two days. Kept me informed throughout. Really good service.
