I booked my van in for a service and brake pad change on a Monday so actual booking date for van to be dropped off on the Thursday for works to be carried out
I didn't recieve a call telling my van was ready or not ready so I went in on the Thursday evening 5pm and apart from other customers waiting as your card reader machine wasn't working and customers leaving to go to cash machines I then find out that my van hadn't even been worked on so the option was do I want to leave it with yourselves and I asked for how long they couldn't give me an answer so I said no I need it for next day
Then i asked why the work hadn't been carried out as it was"booked in" and they couldn't give me the answer but they said the person dropping my van at front reception for me to collect would be able to give me the answer to my surprise the van dropped off at the back and then the woman at front desk came out to give me my key who originally said the person from workshop would be able to tell me why work hadn't been carried out !
Absolute shambles and poor service
I understand you get busy but you shouldn't book in vehicles to be worked on if you haven't got the time especially like me I had a lift waiting for me.
I have re-booked it in for next week but with trepidation as feel it could happen again
I hope not as that wasn't good customer care.

Courtesy car was nice. Was kept Informed of cars status. Final bill was less than originally quoted. Staff friendly, showroom comfortable

I would highly recommend Haynes Fords great customer service when I had to take my car in for a service.

Car was recovered to Haynes after a blow out, new tyre was ordered and replaced in good time, cannot fault the service received from Tori and Tommy.

I loved the video of the bottom of my car and the communication with the service staff.

The staff was very helpful and polite, I had diagnostic done and ford identified my problems and made it easy to navigate my options.

Excellent service - quick, professional, and honest. My car runs like new!

Very poor service took car in for yearly service and mot and said about car a/c might need changing as we havnt had it changed in 8years but it still worked ok car came Back no a/c and they said there was a broken pipe to unit and would cost even more money which I said it worked ok when it went in now they won’t own upto to what they have done charged us for doing a re gas and we got no a/c and now have to pay to get it repaired never going back to Haynes again it’s disgusting

David was a great salesman who answered all questions about the van & was easy to deal with to complete purchase.

My C Max was returned on time and had been cleaned Inside and out to a high standard. Everyone I had contact with was polite and helpful. The whole experience was good and I will definitely use Haynes for all future work on my car.
