Very easy and clear process
Very easy and clear process. Transaction was quick and smooth once my gold got there. I got a price but was tardy getting the bag back so missed the window for the guaranteed price and got the going rate at the time of delivery which was a little less. I have to stress that was my fault and not the company. Don’t make my mistake and turn the envelope around same day please!!
