Looking into your customer file I can see that you have set up a My Staysure account however this has not been activated.

I can see that you have spoken with advisor this morning in relation to this and they have emailed your documents to you as an attachment and have also sent you an activation link for your account. If this is not showing within your main email inbox if I could please ask for you to also check your junk/spam too.
