Although my lamp arrived by post broken within minutes I had a response and an immediate offer of a replacement with no asking for proof ect.
Although the lamp was broken it looked lovely, (pink animal print)and I am sure that my adult granddaughter will love it. Damage in the post happens it's how it is then dealt with that is important and this seller gets 10/10 from me, thank you.

Easy and straightforward

Good communication and the chair that I bought is really good especially for the price that I paid good quality and really stylish. I think that it is comfortable but I can't get my husband off it long enough to find out !

The service was good as always but the product was not. Decleor rose cream is drying and nothing like the white magnolia I am disappointed that I have wasted almost £50 as I had to try the cream to find out if it was any good.

My experience has been a good one from ordering to receiving my garden chair and footstool. Everything was fast and efficient and the chair and footstool are absolutely gorgeous, I only have room for one on my balcony but I would buy more if I could.

Usually I would give 5 stars but as you have asked about my recent experience it is a 3 based on confusion about offers and then disapointment at the response.
