Hi Gail we are really sorry your coffee was delivered 2 days later than expected.
You ordered on Friday 19th August after 10am (past our cut off) Therefore we freshly roasted and dispatched your order on Tuesday evening as per our 48 hour roast and dispatch promise. you opted for Royal Mail 48 hr delivery so delivery was expected for Thursday however due to the royal mail strikes which is widely known about (https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news) we assume this is why your delivery was pushed back the extra 2 days?
You received delivery the day you wrote this review on a Saturday (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/3205717960003E5762E30) so unsure if it came after came just you wrote this review? Please reach out to us at info@handroastedcoffeewarehouse.co.uk and on your next order we will through you in little extra to make up for Royal Mail failing on their part to deliver within the correct delivery window.

I bought wholebean coffee which seems to be very good quality, flavourful and enjoyable to drink. Black cherry notes can be felt throughout the full coffee drinking experience. Would recommend to the coffee lovers!

Awesome coffee from awesome people
I have been ordering from them for a few years now. Generally, always get my coffee from there and have never had an issue bar once, which was sorted with a personal touch way beyond what it should have been.
Always great coffee at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Fantastic flavour.
I have been buying coffee beans from Hand Roasted Coffee Warehouse for quite sometime now, at first I thought that the prices were quite high, but very soon realised that the quality of the coffee was worth that little bit more expense. I buy whole beans, dark roast, and the taste of the coffee is superb, and the aroma of the beans tells you that they are freshly roasted. I really do recommend people give them a try.
