Everything was fine except it would have been good to have been notified of delivery -e.g. that the supplier supplied the delivery code when notifying despatch. (DPD was the courier and they are excellent at giving notiofication).

Hello Peter thank you for your feedback and constructive criticism. Dpd tracking we are having a technical issue registering it which is why we cannot do this right now. we are working on it and have been for quite some time as we would rather customers not have to email asking where their delivery is and just be able to track it! we are hoping to have this basic feature sorted in the coming weeks.

The Brazilian Arabica will always remain the strongest tasting aspect of the coffee with hints of the flavouring / aroma. We only re-opened last Wednesday as per our website banner which said we were closed until the 5th of Jan.
All orders from Xmas are left us on the Thursday / Friday last week.
I would sincerely appreciate if you can edit your review to reflect this as we always deliver and you can see by the rest of our reviews we always go out of our way to look after our customers.
Your coffee was also delivered yesterday (10th Jan), so please can you edit and leave a review based on our product, delivery (based on when we reopened) and customer service? 😊
