I ordered some Mini Belle Rainbow Sweet Pepper Plants (2) from GrowJoy and received them on time this year (2021). They have done great, they each grew to almost 4 1/2 feet high and had a bunch of peppers on each one. Only thing was they were suppose to be colors of red, orange, yellow but they only turn out that everyone of them turned out to be orange color. BUT they were still great!

I’ve ordered from GrowJoy at least five times that I can remember and had an issue one time. I sent an email with my complaint and received an automated reply that my email may not be answered for 2-3 weeks. I waited four weeks before I sent another email (because my first hadn’t been responded to yet.) Ashley responded, I received an explanation of why their response took so long, an apology, and a refund. Not perfect, but mistakes happen and I’m willing to keep giving GrowJoy my business because the plants I’ve received were always good and are now thriving in the ground. And they handled my complaint to my satisfaction.

I absolutely love Growjoy!! They are my number one on line nursery to buy plants. Plants are shipped super quick and are in wonderful condition when they arrive!!!

This was my first experience with GrowJoy but it will not be my last. My plants arrived well packaged and all grew like wildfire once planted. I ordered both herbs and veggie plants. They were a little late due to COVID I'm sure, but that did not detract from the overall quality of the products. I ordered early and again I am 100% happy with my decision to shop here. What I received and how they grew surpassed anything I have ever received from the big box stores, and even from a local garden center. Organic and disease-free is the way to go for me, at least as far as my plants are concerned.

I am 82 and have ordered online from Growjoy for several years. I cannot imagine ordering flowers from any other online outlet. The only time I had a problem was a couple of years ago and they took care of it immediately. Suggestion for everyone - if you have a problem try sending them an email prior to screaming online.

These are chaotic times. I was one of those customers who questioned the lack of responsiveness earlier this year. Since then there has been a complete turnaround. GrowJoy freely communicates. My last plant order of a perennial was fulfilled in time and is thriving.

Are plants arrived in excellant condition.

Ordered this spring and my plants arrived very late. Both petunias I ordered arrived dead. Bogonovilla arrived in poor condition and died shortly after. My lofos was healthy but due to slow start just now started to bloom and it is lovely, unfortunately it's freeze time in North Dakota. I sent 2 emails with no replies. Last time I order from Grow joy. I basically wasted $50. I could have bought a beautiful lofus at the local greenhouse in May and enjoyed it all summer long . Ill buy local from now on.

I had order twice from Growjoy, they did a great job sending my plants, fast service and well packed, my Bougainvillea arrived healthy, I had it transplanted and now growing beautifully, high recommended, will continue to do business with them in the future.

I have fallen in LOVE with Grow Joy. A matter of fact, I will not use any other suppliers from now on. Their plants get delivered very healthy...much healthier than the local stores! Everything I have ordered that I have planted are thriving. AND...we are getting ready to plant 11 plants on our hillside for a butterfly garden. For the first time I'm actually not killing plants. HA!

I have been ordering from GrowJoy for several years. It was under another name prior but unfortunately I can't remember, but I started ordering from them because they were very reasonably priced and their plants arrived in excellent condition and survived without unnecessary extra care. As most, if not all, companies try to recoup from Covid nightmares it is understandable that at some point there will be errors made. That is human nature. If I had any problems they were quick to fix with any means possible. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered six Gomphrena plants. The plants arrived on time. The plants were well packaged and as a result did not suffer during transport. The plants had very healthy root balls. All six plants are thriving.

As always, GrowJoy brings joy to my flower beds. The ornamental grasses and mums I ordered arrived in a fair amount of time, especially considering the impact COVID-19 has had on small businesses like this one! This nursery sends the healthiest plants. They use a packing cover for every plant, I’ve never seen before, but withstands mailing perfectly. I’ve seen a few negative comments about delays in shipping. Do you want a healthy, ready to grow plant. Or a sickly, broken one? With Covid, many everyday things have been delayed or scares. Best online nursery ever!
