Both times my plants arrived in perfect condition, I had a question and spoke with a Rep; her knowledge and service was topnotch. My Hibiscus are still blooming this Fall. I highly recommend this seller and I will continue to purchase their plants.

The plants I ordered from GrowJoy arrived in a timely fashion and in sturdy packaging and were healthy when they were delivered. Several weeks after planting them, they are thriving, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Received happy healthy plants with quick shipping and amazing communication of any possible delay. I did not end up being delayed and plants arrived on time. Thank you grow joy for my late summer garden that is still going strong in my green house.

Our second shipment of plants arrived promptly, packaged beautifully and in great condition. We planted pretty quickly and everyone is doing well. Seeing some new growth already -very pleased

I have been ordering from grow joy for a few years now and the plants and vegetables are awesome the jade stringbeans are the best and they are shipped with tender loving care I also have ordered flowers that were great!! Best nursery I have ever ordered from, and I’ve ordered from a lot of online nurseries since the pandemic. I received my order promptly, even though they had a warning or notice saying orders may be delayed d/t COVID-19 problems. What I received was even more impressive than what I expected. I had always heard you should under promise and over deliver, well they over delivered by 200%!

I have been ordering plants from GrowJoy for several years and have always been very happy with the ones that I received. They have been well packaged and none of them were damaged during shipping. The plants have all been healthy and have grown fast. I have hanging baskets on my porch with lovely flowers all summer. Everyone comments on them.

I love my Growjoy plants. They ship them well and the price is so reasonable. The Mandevilla vines I ordered last year are growing like crazy. The James Walker Bougainvillea & Kwik Kombos Pink Lemonade have been blooming profusely. I've ordered twice & will return for more

My neighbors can’t believe all the beautiful flowers from GrowJoy. Never saw such big unusual plants. When I received the first order from you I had no clue that those woody plain branches would shine so for me. These big red, white & purple flowers are still showing today. I have a woman near me and she stopped and asked about the plants so She will be the second person our community to start the plantings. I do not go to any nurseries any longer. I bought 3 Lotus Vine plans (Parrots Beak) from Grow Joy and couldn't be happier! My shipment was slightly delayed but I understand that happens. After potting my plants they grew perfectly and I would buy from Grow Joy again.

2021 was the first year I ordered from GrowJoy. I am so happy I found them! The quality of all the plants I ordered (vegetable and perennial) were of the highest quality. They take such care when packaging the plants, I was very impressed! The vegetable plants exceeded my expectations! They all produced so much I had a hard time keeping up. I am sure the perennials will be spectacular too, I'll find out next year. I will continue to order from GrowJoy and if you are thinking about it, do it! You will not be disappointed.

The plants were large and healthy. They came in protected packaging and in an acceptable time frame.

Really happy with my experience. I had tried another company before I came upon GrowJoy and GrowJoy's packaging was superior as well as the size of the plants. Will definitely buy from them again!

Far and away the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. They are both dishonest and incompetent.

They ship late and then send you the wrong plant, and/or the plant you ordered is suddenly out of stock. When you repeatedly complain, they give you a credit for another purchase and will only credit your original payment method if you repeatedly harangue them.

Abysmal customer service, including no agents to answer calls, no call backs when you leave a message, and even briefly disconnecting their phone in late spring/early summer when the amount of complaints and inquiries must have overwhelmed them. Also, no answered emails until you threaten to contact Trust Pilot, the BBB, and the state's agricultural board and attorney general.

In short, steer clear of Growjoy.

I have used GrowJoy for many years as my ‘go to’ for online plants. Great selection, frequent sales, awesome customer service and best online plant packing by far. Plants always arrive happy and healthy, and if by chance a delay occurred and plants suffered their customer service is always excellent! These past few years have been a struggle for all of us due to current pandemic. GrowJoy has obviously struggled as well, to maintain their stellar reputation. The negative comments are not their norm as I have been a satisfied customer for many, many years. Please allow them some grace during this difficult time and give them the chance to make it up to you ❤️

One 4" pot with 2 cucumber plants was delivered as promised, well packed, and in excellent condition.

I ordered plants late in the season and they still arrived healthy and started growing like crazy as soon as I planted them. It's almost October and they're still blooming! Very happy with my purchase and already pre ordered more for next spring.

I ordered some Mini Belle Rainbow Sweet Pepper Plants (2) from GrowJoy and received them on time this year (2021). They have done great, they each grew to almost 4 1/2 feet high and had a bunch of peppers on each one. Only thing was they were suppose to be colors of red, orange, yellow but they only turn out that everyone of them turned out to be orange color. BUT they were still great!
