Excellent product & service
My order with Grosvenor Furniture was easy from start to finish. Placed order for a dressing stool via their website on the Saturday and it was delivered by Wednesday via DHL. Great communication from Simon asking when delivery was most convenient aswell. Product is exactly as per picture on the website and I’m extremely happy with my new velvet stool.

Absolutely awful experience i purchased…
Absolutely awful experience i purchased some dining chairs which have not been manufactured properly on the website they show as being rusty however I was told after purchase that the metal studs were not galvanised properly during manufacture this is misleading also the pictures on the web are not a true reflection of the rust which is orange and black and ruining the material of the chairs after much deliberation grovesnor furniture did thankfully agree a refund but charged me £49 to send the items back !!!!!! I asked them to a pay a portion and they pay a portion they said no please display the true fault with the chairs

Easy to put together but check the door is the right way up when assembling
The wardrobe is really nice and easy to put together. However, the instructions could be clearer for the door (making sure it is the right way up). Should have noticed but other instructions tend to add a warning to check if it matters which way round it goes 😊.

Ordering was straightforward and communication was very good. I did not have to wait long for delivery of my item which when it came was taken into my room and assembled very quickly. I am very happy with the product which was as advertised and pleased that instructions on how to care for the wood have also been provided. Excellent all-round experience.
