Absolutely delighted with both the service and the quality of my purchase.
I originally ordered a headboard and absolutely love it. After placing my order, I called for some advice on matching bedside tables and had the pleasure of speaking with Simon. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide me through the options without any pressure.
Communication throughout was excellent, with quick responses and regular updates regarding delivery. What really stood out was being able to speak to a real person who genuinely wanted to help, rather than being directed to automated systems or waiting days for a response.
The customer service has been exceptional from start to finish, and the products themselves are beautiful and represent fantastic value for money. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines high-quality products with such personal and attentive service.
A huge thank you to Simon and the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly shop with them again.

Really good experience. First time ordering from this company. I ordered a bed and then couldn’t take delivery so they held it for me until I was able to accept it. Easy customer service and very responsive.

Amazing customer care and products!
The 2 French style limed oak bedside tables are really lovely , they are sturdy, well made and match the bed perfectly. But the best part was the customer service I received from Grosvenor furniture.
I initially had a problem with my Apple Pay on their website and as the items were on sale did not want to miss that window! Whether it was speaking on the phone to a lovely lady ( don’t know her name) or receiving emails from Simon who was helping me with the order ! their customer service was amazing even checking to the very end that my order had gone through correctly and that I was happy with everything! I would definitely buy from this company again!

Following our previous response, we received photographs of the chair in question and investigated the issue. Our team arranged for a replacement seat pad to be sent to you to ensure the matter was resolved as quickly as possible.
Upon reviewing the images provided, it appears that the seat pad had been assembled incorrectly, which caused the chair to appear different from the other three. We are pleased that we were able to identify the cause and assist with resolving the issue.

All’s well that ends well
All’s well that ends well, and I have my lovely bed, but it was all a bit chaotic.
At the time of placing my order, I was asked if I’d prefer Thursday or Friday delivery. I said Thursday.
On Tuesday evening I received an email to tell me it was arriving on Wednesday…
They said I’d hear from the driver in advance. I prepared the room, no call came, finally called the courier and they said no it wasn’t coming that day, OR the next, but the Friday. This really didn’t suit but I rearranged my life to make it. Then on Thursday I got a text to say could I actually receive it that day instead. I was delighted and cleared the way again. Then got another text to say it would be Friday after all.
They were great when they did get here. Set the bed up for me in no time. And I spoke to people all the way along, and they were nice people. It was just, as I say, a bit chaotic.
