Guys, they we're on Holiday... They even posted it online... There are many hard working people doing their best, and i am a customer for about 10 years. They amaze me everytime. GGG is the best ARPG Developer the world has at the Moment.
Stop crying Like little Babies, calm down and wait for a Response from them.
Everyone of them deserved a little Holiday.

I started playing PoE in 2014. I was bored of Diablo 3. My friends stopped playing the game so I decided to give PoE a try.

The game is great if you like hack and slash. Content is - IMO - awesome. New features every league, etc.
Free to play ? Hmm, not quite.

Of course you can play it for free. But it's like having a house that's like 1 cm². Pay to unlock the kitchen. Pay to sleep. Pay to breath. Pay pay pay

I got banned because I bought some divination cards to botters. And they can enter in your game. (hmm are they GGG employees ?).

I asked for a ban appeal today, because it's been like 8 years since I've been banned. I got a reply from the support almost instantly.

They asked me some information about my account. I provided them. After a few mail : "you can create a new account + link".

You can be immature in the chat, say atrocious things. Have offending nicknames. That's totally fine.

I had to click on the "1 star" button. But I'm sure my review is below 0.

Avoid this game. Avoid this "company". I never played any Plarium games, but they are probably better.

I'm just amazed that someone from customer support is replying to mails. They probably are enjoying what the do !!

A true disaster. Lately every time they release something new they completly break the game. Paying customers complaints and requests for help completely ignored

I have rarely seen such a well organised and competent support team. Yes, it took a while to migrate my account to my new e-mail address (because I had totally forgotten that it was linked to an old and by now deleted mail address - absolutely my fault), but the diligence shown in making sure I was not a scammer trying to grab someone's account more than made up for that.

unfortunately it has only gotten worse.

on top of all existing previous bias and problems this company has, they have doubled down by blocking anyone who has been muted for any reason from even whispering (chatting) about the issue to anyone *not* on their friends list. ON TOP of that issue, if you have been muted for any BS reason they feel like, you can no longer trade and you will not be listed on the trade site.

This company is literally Hitler. Stay far away and waste your time on something better than this trash company.

Rubbish Support, I never gave reasons for have a account blocked, I don't use global chat, I don't use any kind of illegal thing and for no reason I was blocked 2 days ago, I've already sent an email to support with all my details and I haven't heard back from the developer company Grinding Gear Games, the service provided is regrettable.

They banned my account without any proof. They just said i had banned with Reason: "Breaching Terms of Use"

I had went to sleep at 2 am and half past 6 they banned me while I was sleeping.
While I didn't violate anything, it was like they intentionally banned me. I explained that I was wronged but the support team still said that the account would still be locked, they worked like robots.

Doesn't care about players, can't reverse a migrate option after contacting support. Waste of time

After having spend over 100 euro on their shop, it blows me away that there's no room for mistakes i bought a support pack thinking it wouldnt reset my other additions toward the other packs although it did, i contacted support to help me sort the problem, without having no help to gain and feeling like i was talking to a robot. now stuck with a small mistake costing me 30euro. feelsbadman...

in the end you would have been able to earn 30euro and helping a customer.

Company of 'self-proclaimed' gamers, who are making game for themselves not for all players. Lying, doesn't care about customers. I think they've exchanged their brains for money. Electronic Arts v2. They're supporting RMT and scamming.

i would love to give you guys 6 stars,poe is an amazing game,love it,BUT,im sitting here on launch day ultimatum and it blows my mind(and pisses me off) that after many years off experience you still fail big time at launching a new league. im sure im not alone on wanna play SO BAD at launch day and not being able to(again) is frustrating ass hell. you suck at launching but your game is nothing less than amazing

He jugado mas de 1000 horas al videojuego, todo correcto mientras no tienes ningun problema, pero en el ultimo APOYO economico que hice a la compañia, me trataron el pago de fraudulento, me han bloqueado la cuenta y no me devolvieron el dinero. Alejaros de la compañia aun estais a tiempo.

PoE is the game that resembles the biggest game of my childhood: Diablo 2. No P2W aspect, a development team that actually listens to the community, it's just a recipe for sucess.

Absolutely painful customer support. They don't have any sort of protections for customers. If your account is hacked, its your fault and they wont help. They will actively punish you for getting hacked. And they don't respond to emails.

Diehard fan of D2, PoE is as close as it gets, with polished graphics and better mechanics. Eagerly awaiting for the new release.

Fix the leveling in PoE, it is boring, uninspired, repetitive and takes far too long. The end game is where it is fun but only a smaller percentage of those that actually try the game reach it because the leveling process is the worst of any arpg.

lost my account coz i linked it to steam... guess what? i lost my account, i send them an email, telling the problem. and 24h later its still not fixed, at 11 pm today, they told me that they found my lost account, but i need to give them permission to do it, coz it will delete a EMPTY account , the one that seems i switched doing the link thing...
i said at 12 pm, YES DO IT, and im still waiting.. they only have 1 email for contact, so seems like tomorrow i wont be playing either? so better skip this game, coz seems the company dont use enough of employs for that..

They censor any sort of free speech. If you have a character whos name may offend someone (eg, "IPunchFascists") you will be banned for 20 hours and forced to change your character name.

Also they remove threads on their forums when they offer and form of criticism.

Was a good company, then they were purchased by Chinese gaming companies and turned into a cash grab that doesn't dare offend its CCP leaders.
