Yall are the most trash company ever. Yall can't even stop hackers from the most selling game franchise that yall have ever owned call of duty. Warzone is absolute trash now because every other player is running zero recoil hacks and when yall say yall are looking at reported players yall don't really do anything. Activision needs to sell all rights to call of duty because they are about to ruin an entire 15 year franchise.

I could give lower review if i could, but yeah. Cant call it customer service, also the system itself doesnt work, for what i contacted the support, but they just gave a automated answer and closed the case. The support cases page is useless along with the account management and linking/unlinking of accounts.

You cannot call this customer service.
The team have no idea what's going on, they simply buy time by asking you to send screenshots, videos. No technical knowledge, no interest in resolving issues. Just give you the run-around. Closed my case with no resolution. Don't spend your money on these games. Another reason to avoid MicroSlop! (Microsoft).

Awful company, their customer service is abysmal and way below par, I keep having issues with my account where I play COD and try to get the promotional rewards like today I tried to verify my email it said I had but didnt get the rewards when I reached out the help was non existent. I also noticed an old email on the account which I haven't used it many years and dont remember the info to they wouldn't help me fix this issue and just left me in a position where I can't claim any rewards ever on my game, they have made things very difficult and I have contacted in a few times the staff dont care to help customers that line their pockets. Im autistic and needed their help and it was non existent and just left to not be able to do anything.

Please fix the parachuting test sliding movement. Every time I ever hit the ground off a parachute it lands me into a slide, and I'm getting really sick and tired of it. Please fix your movement in this game.

I recently bought an Xbox and the Call of Duty Modern Warfare game, It might be a really good game, but for me, after hours of time and numerous updates, I couldn't even download it to play, why, because I want to play solo offline and Activision want me to spend money online, so be prepared to always pay for the same thing twice, this is the sad end for me playing COD, thanks to the mnoey grabbers at Acitvision

absolutely awful customer service.
refused to give a new email after mine failed to send the link for password change then after a long time refused to issue a new email address. Only after a long time.
Now cannot set up a new account but don't know why as there is no reaction too setup failing.

Worst game ever. It makes you play with pc players even though you dont want to. If I did id play on my pc. Also to make you download parts of the fame then purchase it to "unlock" it? Greedy ass people.

My CODM account was hacked and over $500 was spent on it. I gave Activision clear evidence, but support keeps closing my case with the same automated reply. Terrible experience — they don’t care about players at all.

Can you give 0 stars? Guys y’all are trash and you know you’re trash, yet continue to be trash. Eventually your time will come. For me and clearly a lot of other loyal customers, it’s now.

Would give 0 stars if I could, banned my account for saying I was "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data", absolutely wasn't so appealed it and they said I was. So not sure what system they're using to check but it's clearly faulty and now I have lost all of my progress on COD.

I’ve invested a lot of time and money into Call of Duty on Battle.net, but I’m deeply disappointed. The game is riddled with bugs and technical issues that severely impact the gameplay experience. The most frustrating part is the overwhelming number of cheaters who roam free without effective countermeasures. Activision seems more focused on draining players’ wallets through expensive microtransactions than seriously addressing these problems. As a fan, I expect a stable, fair, and enjoyable game but unfortunately, Activision fails to deliver time and again. Until they show real improvement, I won’t invest another cent and will avoid the game altogether. Other players should seriously consider doing the same.

This is one of the biggest gaming scams of recent history, the COD BO6 is a slap in the face of every gamer who ever accessed their website, it is a shameless, useless, unimaginable failure

Bought Call of Duty Black Ops 6.
Game is riddled with cheats. Game is aimed at a younger audience even though it is made for adults. They know there are under age players and nothing is done. Sell products promoting the use of cannabis to minors. Game chat for the game bans players for swearing even in rooms among their friends, trying to control what people say to each other when it is none of their business. Tries to dictate what people say In what are supposed to be free western States.

Their games are getting worse and worse and their greed shows no boundaries. Their products are now cheap and tacky. Its funny that they can ban people for adult language in an adult 18+ game. But can not ban the very very obvious usage of the game by minors as young as 6 or 7. But still have 420 events and skins aimed at children much younger than 18. An absolute disgrace of a company.

So, ever since Microsoft bought Activision in 2023, they've been producing cash grab after cash grab. I get it they released Black Ops 6 which is a really great game, but it still doesn't justify the cash grabs they release. They've also have unlockable items that are AI generated also people are abusing the moderation system, and they killed off Skylanders

As Crash Bandicoot or Spyro fan ( dont play Call of Duty, besides classics), i am really dissapointed on Activision's rubbish server on Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, that constantly disconnects every ten to twenty five minutes, and constantly kicking me and other players when we are about to race, basically somewere last week when Sony offered free online on weekend when i played on my PS4.

Activision Blizzard, i've kindly ask as customer to please fix and improve servers, since it was terribly unplayable.

Otherwise, the game itself is huge is improvement, and i enjoy playing it every weekend!
Also they have a 'good eye' on the Attention to details, which is also worth exploring in levels if you are bored doing racing.
