Was eine scammer Firma, Backyard company 2025 Award mit Blizzard zusammen verdient. POE2 hat niemals den Zweck gehabt die Leute auf ein "gutes" ARPG vorzubereiten. Anscheinend ist alles im early access, außer der Shop, sie Skins sind allseits bereit und zu wucher Preisen zu kaufen. Sobald das Spiel anfängt "spaß" zu machen wird alles generft, das ist doch kein 5v5 comp. Spiel?? Ich empfehle jedem dieses Spiel nicht anzufassen, die können sich die Hand mit D4 geben, POE2 hat rein gar nichts mit POE1 zu tun. Über die community brauch ich ehrlich gesagt nichts sagen.

Paid for the game but didn't get it. After 3 months the support replies that I must purchase another copy if I want to play.

After mentioning this on the forum they also banned my account. If you don't want people calling you out on this behavior then give a refund or let people play.

My account was banned in July of 2024 by GGG without any warning or specific explanation. I believe the suspension was a mistake, as I did nothing wrong. I certainly did nothing that would merit a suspension. All interactions with "Customer Service" proved fruitless. They will not listen to me at all, nor will they reopen my account. I played for four years and spent ~$200 on the account, and now everything I worked for is locked up and GGG will not tell me what I did wrong or let me reestablish my hard work.

I have not played POE since July of 2024, although I would like to.

I have never been treated worse than I have by this company. I have never seen a company display less care, interest, compassion, and display more apathy. They simply do not care. Please, Please, Please, I beg you, Please SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! This group does not care at all about their players!!!!!!!!

Firstly I waited 3 months for a viable response on the physical goods included in the supporter packs.

The company then sent the shipping payment link (which I paid) for the t-shirt and hoodie, only to tell me I need to top up over $60 worth of points onto the account (660 points) in order to opt me in for the physical goods.

Awesome that they get you to pay for shipping, only to tell you that you're not eligible until you pay the undisclosed amount after the fact.

Their customer service's poor quality is second only to actual scams.

Spiel ist im Grunde ganz gut. ABER.
Ingame Käufe werden nicht ausgeliefert. Das Geld wurde gaanz schnell genommen, die gekauften Truhenfächer sind im Spiel (POE 2) aber nicht verfügbar. Der grottenschlechte Support schafft es seit mehr als 10 Wochen nicht zu antworten. UND das ist kein Einzelfall. Schäbig und am Rande zur Strafbarkeit.

I got scammed out of a code by them and customer service is taking weeks to reply to my support ticket.

Update:
1.5 months later, after they put me on hold for so long, they come back with saying they won't be able to assist. No clue why that should take 1.5 months, while you know that straight of the bat probably.

This company seems to be a fraud and I regret any purchases towards them.
Other than the fact they have the worst customer service I've seen in a long while

I bought the 400$ Pack and didnt recieve my physical items.I contacted the support and "Kane" told me he cant do anything.

SCAM

I bought the biggest supporter pack for POE2. I paid extra for the delivery of the hoodie and tshirt.

One month later => no response. I am sending a mail every week now to try and get some follow up.

My favorite game company changed into a scam company. They do not respond anything. Only in the first mailing they asked for my credentials. This is looking like theft to me. My trust in GGG is gone. The game freezes my pc now. So I paid for a product that does not work and goods that ar NOT delivered. If I do not get any response in the coming days, I'll have to take further steps. I'll keep readers of this review posted.

My account was hacked because Grinding Gear Games can’t protect your game contact, accounts or personal information. It’s been locked now for 2 months. Contacted support on multiple occasions and no response ever. Never again will I purchase anything done by these people. BUYER BEWARE!

this scam company locks accounts then never replies to support emails or tickets leaving your playtime and investment in the dust.

Account locked for one month zero reply to email etc poe 1 and poe2 blocked couse i get hacked by session id its now my foult why block my account?

Grinding Gear Games doesn’t care. They lock your account for no reason and tell you to contact support…huh? Out of nowhere. Contacted support, never got a response it’s getting close to 2 months. I know the names on the dev team and WILL NEVER purchase or follow ANYTHING made by these people. All my money GONE. That includes everything from POE1and 2. Devs are trash. Be sure to get the names and check dev teams before you buy! I have spent over $575 just on skins for my characters and fixing up my guild in POE1. Spent over $200 on POE2, got 62 hours into POE2 and LOCK. HUH? I put in tickets, contacted them by email over a month ago and nothing. I can’t access either POE 1 or 2. Never again. And before I buy or invest into anything I will check the names of the devs to make sure none of these people on the team. BUYER BEWARE!

Mismanagement and greed has ruined a once great company. BEWARE, they are actively taking micro-transaction money from purchases in their first game, but are no longer actively working on it, and there is no future timeline for when they will ever come back to it. Path of Exile is no longer being worked on, developed, or supported, all while they are assiduously taking money for their second game, Path of Exile 2, through micro-transactions and "early access" entry fees, without giving any information on what is actually being worked on, nor is there a timeline of when anything will be updated for that game as well.

POE2 Locked account, no information/mail from GGG and no response to emails.

It's been over a month since I opened a ticket for a problem and I've never had a response

Been having a fun time in POE2, until yesterday, where i got scammed for 38 divines, for a body armour that looks like the same, but has different stats. I'm then proceeding to write, to customer support, which replies to me, that scamming is allowed in their policy, and that this is a acknowledges way of trading between players. (screenshot can be provided). I'm gonna give this game a 1 star, as they don't give a single F*** about their playerbase, and they are just trying to milk peoples money.

The trading website is the most incompetent website I have ever seen it's laggy, buggy, and don't work

I bought POE 2 during the early release, but immediately decided I wouldn't have enough time to invest in it to be worth playing. I never even installed the game. I contacted POE support and was told to give them my character info, and they may be able to refund me. I spent the time to collect the info they needed, and provided it. I never heard back from them again, and did not receive a refund. I have made numerous attempts to contact them further, and am no longer able to get any response from them at all. I find it greedy and pathetic that a company wouldn't give a refund on a game within 10 minutes of the purchase when it was never played or installed. This is the first game I have ever tried to refund where I was not accommodated. This is clearly a shady company and I'm very surprised they don't value their player base and reputation more.
