Polite and efficient, the best working team I've had on my property in 40 years. Office kept us fully appraised of timings and workforce installed solar panels and additional equipment needed as indicated despite some rather adverse weather conditions. Would recommend Green Building Renewables.

Installation for Solar Panels was faultless - efficient and informative contacts with the office. Scaffolding company were careful, professional and efficient. Solar installers were professional and completed the job to a very high standard without any issues. Overall a tremendous installation all round. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish. Complicated install - 7.kw panels at the back of the garden, tesla battery and gateway, zappi and eddi - 1930s house. Great initial visit and planning with Aiden - he helped me design a bespoke frame for my 18 panels. The quote was very competitive. Cameron the installer was outstanding - he did his research before hand and took time to watch all the YouTube videos I sent to see what I wanted exactly. Everything works, all the software and apps are exactly how I wanted them. The installation looks like a work of art. There was a lot of waiting for the permissions from the electricity provider and of course for the Tesla battery but Greenbuilding did all the work and kept me up to date throughout. 10/10

Had solar panels installed, which went smoothly. After the install, I needed to get a certificate and Allison very kindly helped me, even though the paperwork wasn't held by her company. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and was very quick to respond to all my queries.

The one day planned install took over a month to complete and still awaiting paperwork.
GBR arrived with different solar panels than ordered, apologised and replaced them with right ones, they then installed the wrong Enphase micro inverters, apologised then replaced them with right ones. The Tesla Powerwall was initially installed with the house load still connected to grid, after complaining/feedback they immediately sorted. I’ve received shutdown procedure documentation and diagram for a different (string inverter) system, 6 weeks after paying bill still awaiting electrical test results and commissioning docs, Tesla and solar panel warranty information and the right electrical schematic and shutdown documentation. Really helpfully pleasant company during quote and install but was surprised by the series of errors and lack of final documentation.

Michael and Martin (peterlee) were great. They got on well with the job and worked efficiently throughout. Pleased with the job .

Very competent installers. Broke a few tiles on roof.
left a lot of debris in gutters. Am still waiting to have a few tiles replaced and the guttering cleaned, as they have not done this despite my requests.
Scaffolders created a lot of mess but I cleaned up with a jet wash of my driveway.

The lads turned up after a call to say that they were on their way they got straight on with the job and didn't stop until they were finished both very polite and left no mess really really pleased thankyou

Green Building Renewables Newcastle fitted my solar panels and I've been very happy with the service from start to finish. In particular, the office staff were brilliant - my telephone calls were answered quickly, they were polite and friendly and any queries were dealt with promptly.

Mark and Martin arrived late morning, pleasant, polite and cheery, ready to fit the solar panels.
Got straight to work and finished in a timely manner, clearing up behind them as they finished, leaving the site clean and tidy.
Martin the electrician arrived on time and was delightful. He too worked efficiently and tidily and was more than happy to answer my many questions. He checked everything and went through the details before he left, explaining how to get the best out of the energy generated.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Workforce polite and clearly enjoyed

The only downside is that we are still awaiting the DNO letter after three months.

Excellent work, here and done pretty quickly, no messing about! All good and working great.
