Great Result
We had a call from Universal and invited Simon to visit without any real intention of buying. However, we did discuss the state of our two roofs and he presented us with a first class service and product at a good price.
David and Marius were clean, tidy and helpful and did a great job which exceeded our expectations.
It now looks as though we have re-roofed the property which is twenty years old.
We have no hesitation in recommending this family firm for the services they offer.

Dave & Marius were brilliant
Dave & Marius were brilliant. They arrived on time, masked the house (windows, doors, brickwork) as required, cleaned the outside of the house, then two coats of paint (coloured on the pebbledash, clear on the brickwork, and grey on the concrete plinth). 3 days work. The house looks great. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything. Top marks, boys. Thankyou. I would recommend them

Excellent Job
The two young men arrived late due a traffic incident. They made up for the delay. They worked on the roof in extremely hot conditions without a break. Cleaned up well. They showed me photos of completed work. Well done.

Could do much Better
The guys who did the work were excellent, Connor and Ben.
The office admin is dreadful. Not clear on what they are quoting for and difficult to get a date and time which actually mean anything to them.
Very disappointing tele-con with their Director Chris Law

Thank you for your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that Connor and Ben provided an excellent standard of workmanship, and we will ensure your comments are passed on to them.
We're sorry that you were disappointed with your experience with our office. We believe Chris Law spoke with you by telephone on the day and also followed up with emails to address your concerns. At the time, our office was experiencing an exceptionally high volume of enquiries, which unfortunately affected our response times and communication.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify where we can improve our customer service and communication. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Kind regards UEH Team.

From start to finish contact was very good, date arranged to suit and Jack arrived each day on time and worked really hard. End of each day he showed me what had been done and considering he was on his own it was a big job.
Instead of the couple of days it went over to another day, he cleared each day and bags of foam were stored in my garage waiting for collection, which was arranged by Universal Eco Homes. The company who collected arrived as agreed and the driver who collected the bags again was very helpful and made sure all was taken.
Would recommend Universal Eco Homes

We have investigated this review and can confirm that we have no record of you on our system. We also do not employ anyone called "George".
Our telephone system operates through a central switchboard that directs incoming calls to the relevant departments and does not make outbound sales calls. As a result, your claims do not match our records or how our business operates.
This review appears to be either directed at the wrong company or is a false review. We also hold evidence of abusive messages and threatening behaviour directed towards members of our team, including a young member of staff on our switchboard who spoke with you.
We take customer service seriously, as reflected by our 1,600+ five-star reviews across multiple verified platforms. We ask that you either provide evidence of the alleged call or remove this review.
Failing that, we reserve the right to take further action and provide relevant evidence to the appropriate authorities, including voice recordings, text messages, abusive communications, and threats made towards members of our staff.
