Universal Eco Homes Group Ltd Omdömen

Ardi & Rrushi have done an excellent job on my roof. Would recommend them to anybody.

I was quoted for this job based on Chris' assessment of my house from Google Street view! I was a bit nervous, but I was convinced by the experience of the team, and it meant the job got done really quickly.

As it turns out, Chris was exactly right about what could be done and how long it would take - and I was sent an expert team who pulled it off with panache!

Rrushi and Ardi did a great job on my two storey detached bungalow with lots of tricky roof spaces and neighbouring properties to be careful of. The roof had perhaps never been cleaned in 50 years, and they took about 80kg of moss off it, but you'd never know from the clean state of the property afterwards. They were considerate and courteous to my neighbours and gave them lots of confidence that they would leave their properties tidy, and that their dogs wouldn't escape.

In short, it all turned out exactly as they said, and it was a really pleasant experience!

Rrushi and Ardi came to my 1980 property to clean algae covered brickwork and horribly mossy roof before painting the roof and applying Properla wall coating to the brickwork and render. They were always polite and helpful, explaining each day what they would do. They worked hard and efficiently for 4 days and have my house looking completely rejuvenated. They carefully replaced everything that had to be moved and generally did an outstanding job of tidying up.
They were an excellent team and a pleasure to have working here.

We were very impressed by the thoroughness and care with which David, followed by Ardi and Rrushi, applied a Properla coating to the walls of our house. They also cleared up very well afterwards. The house is 100 years old with no cavity walls and we expect a significant reduction in heat loss as a result of reduced water penetration. We have a lot of lime plaster so the fact that Properla has little effect on the breathability of the walls is a major plus.

I have just had the bungalow “weather proofed” Ardi and Rushi have done a magnificent job, going over and above what I expected. I cannot recommend the team enough. Such good conscientious workers, charming, polite and excellent craftsmen.

Polite and friendly workers. Worked hard in very hot weather and cleaned up afterwards.

Very happy with Ardi and Rrushi work
I would like to recommend there work to my friend. His new name is SPiderman and they are very friendly and clean jobs👌👌👌

The work on the roof and walls was carried out professionally by Ardi and Rrushi who obviously took pride in their work and wanted to do a good job. They worked very hard during the extremely hot weather. I am delighted with the final result. The house looks amazing now and I look forward to benefiting from energy cost savings this winter .

The roof did look amazing after work carried out. There was only one discrepancy and that was that the drive wasn’t covered with a tarpaulin which was previously agreed. My

Used Universal to clean the roof a few months back and had them back to paint the roof. Can't fault their approach and quality all round

Deplorable after sales service, there warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on. After the job is complete (6th of September 2023) they start telling you what the warranty includes or not (none of this is cleared during the sales process). Some positives, roof was clean, driveway was only jet washed and some rubbish (lots of sand) left outside the drive, they wouldn't re-sand or seal. We negotiated the price but still paid double than their competitors, so were expecting a premium service at least. Now the negatives, they accepted to clean the flat roof, but they did nothing whatsoever, why say it's complimentary and we will take care of it, then do nothing. When I told them I went with them because of their warranty and had cheaper quotes elsewhere which included re-sand and weedkiller, their response was that was my choice, it makes you wonder how much they care about their customers.

Initially I was asked to provide all messages via WhatsApp, which I did, after telling us we should have chosen better, they want us to write the same thing via email so they can give us a same response in a different manner! No thanks. We paid for the whole job via deposit and remaining balance was cleared on the same day when the job was done, so I guess they have their money, what do they care. Be very careful and shop around, they conned me out of £1500 for a few hours job, when other quotes were half the price and included much more. When I informed them what other companies promised and that they were cheaper, but we choose a premium company, I was told by them, I should have chosen better, so I guess it's my fault going with this company.

They were paid in cash on the day in full even after they left rubbish outside my drive and they claim to bend over backwards and blame me for paying them in full.

They told me to speak with the guys to complete the full job including sealing and sand which was never done since they wanted £400 extra on top, now they are blaming me to get a quote for this from the guys.

They are lying in their response about me paying extra to clean the flat roof (LOL - just see how low they are willing to stoop themselves), it was part of the contract, to begin with.

This whole scenario could have been avoided if they didn't behave like they did and worked with me to resolve the issue, rather than advice me to choose better.

Lovely job, they were so helpful
And polite and did a great job clearing up and leaving everything in good order. Than you very much.

Work done to a high standard by David - friendly, hardworking with great attention to detail. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

Great job done by Ardi and Rrushi…. They worked very hard over 3 full days and a couple of extra hours on a 4th day to finish things up…. They cleared up all the mess and left the roof of our house looking new…it’s better than I had anticipated…well done guys, you were brilliant…I’d recommend you to any one and any other work I need I want Ardi to come and do it….
Blyth

good workers, honest and reliable and kept us informed in what was going on

Bungalow roof 60 years old and very faded and dirty. Ardi, ably assisted by his trainee Rrushi, worked tirelessly for two days cleaning and panting the roof. The washing made quite a mess, but the clean up was thorough. Moreover, we were most impressed with the end product. Anthracite tiles to match our colour scheme - looks great! The work was done for a very reasonable price, and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Job was completed to an excellent standard from start to finish. All staff dealt with were great. Would defiantely recomend this company.

Brilliant Job 5 ⭐️
Jay and Dave were very hardworking, punctual and polite. Cleaned what was a very dirty roof which caused lots of mess. Afterwards you would never have known how much mess there was cleaned spotless. Sealed roof afterwards and it looks incredible. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the service. The team were punctual, hardworking and went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend
