we had a heat pump from these guys which has been serviced annually by them. the thermostat has never properly worked so the water comes out of the tap at a dangerous temperature. Each time we have a service we've reported this but it's never been resolved. We reported issues with the system not working so 21 degrees had sent someone out who topped it up with water to deal with issues with the pressure dropping, they didn't explain why they toped it up with water instead of glycol which was supposed to be in the system to stop it freezing in winter. The header tank broke within 5 years leaking more glycol all over and going through the lights in our kitchen, but as the warranty is only 1 year we had to pay for a replacement. it took ages to get anyone out. they don't respond to messages, the phone is answered by AI. when they eventually came out to replace the header tank and do another service (what's the point? they don't sort anything out on the service like the temperature issue, just charge through the nose) we were then told the glycol was too watered down and so it will freeze in winter, so guess what now we have to pay loads more to get special valves to stop it freezing in winter. No protection for us for the fact that it was their guy who put the water in the system to top the pressure up.
I'd recommend using another company for your heat pump needs.

Very professional installation of 16 solar panels and Tesla PW3 battery in 4 days. The team ensured everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day, and when the installation was completed demonstrated to me how everything was working properly on the generation meter and Tesla app. Excellent job

Recently had solar panels installed. The process from start to finish was very thorough and professional. I especially liked the detailed calculations to understand the predictive gains throughout the months.
Josh, Guy, and Chris installed quickly professionally. The were a pleasure to work with and left my house tidy and with a complete handover.
The solar panels will help save with my ashp, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent Powerwall 3 Installation by the H2-eco Poole Team
I recently had a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery storage system installed by the H2-eco / Poole office, who are now part of the 21-Degrees Group. The entire process from the initial quote right through to the physical installation was incredibly smooth, speedy, and efficient.
We hit a minor technical glitch right at the start where the app integration wasn't reading our solar data correctly, which took a couple of weeks to fully iron out. However, Neil from the Poole team stayed on top of it and managed to completely resolve the issue via a remote connection. Now that the app is fully synchronized, the system is performing brilliantly.
Really happy with the service provided by the local team here. I'd happily recommend H2-eco and would definitely use them again.

Awkward MVHR retrofit design
Designing the MVHR system for our old cottage was a challenge, needing lots of patient back and forth with our local builder who was doing the installation and struggling with tight corners and structural joists etc. The 21 degrees team - especially Stack - stuck it out and helped us to complete a successful project, which has really improved the air quality in our home.

We used 21 Degrees to install solar…
We used 21 Degrees to install solar panels and a home battery. I'll be honest — I went into it braced for the usual: a late arrival, an unexpected issue, something that makes a project like this more stressful than it needs to be.
None of that happened. The team arrived on time, worked cleanly and politely, and the whole job — scaffolding up and down, the entire installation and commissioning — was done in just over a week. Everything is working exactly as it should.
I do a lot of project management in my own work and I know how hard it is to deliver something this seamlessly. Genuinely impressive. Highly recommended.

Great service from staff - hated the AI phone system (glad it's going)
Great service from staff when we had an unexpected small problem and Marius did an excellent job of talking us through how to use our air source heat pump. BUT - absolutely hate that 21 degrees uses an AI phone system. Literally inhuman, inefficient, unfriendly and bad for the environment.
Update: Really appreciate the follow up phonecall from 21 Degrees after this review. I'm delighted to hear the AI phone system is going and have therefore changed my initial 3 star rating to a 5.

We have had our heat pump serviced Friday Mario was the person who did the servicing and I can say he did a magnificent job he was thorough and picked up 2 faults that could have been a major problem in the winter, so a massive thank you,top job no mess left very professional 👏

Great service as well as installation
21 degrees installed my solar system and were great. A year later mice ate some cables and the sent someone out to fix my system within a couple of days which was great service too

First class technical advice
First class technical advice and top quality installation of solar PV for our Church building. The H2-eco team were patient with support while we went though various grant-funding processes and then the roof team were exceptionally hard working in very high temperatures on a hot roof. With reduced grid import and export payments for solar excess our bills are 1/3 of what they were before installation so we are delighted!
