I ordered a tile saw
I ordered a tile saw, waited 5 months and it didn't come. I had to call the manufacturer of the product I purchased and found out that it was discontinued. I asked for a refund and GoVetts never gave it to me. It has be over 4 months and I am still waiting for the refund.

Had not used GoVets before. Ordered a product and I thought it would take 3 days or so to arrive. It was delivered within a day.
DEF is a must-have product for diesel vehicles. GoVets also had the lowest price and free shipping.
Would do it again.

Horrible
Horrible! My part is defective for my furnace. Wanted to make it a switch out but now I am asking for the refund. Horrible at returning messages to me. Still waiting for reply, It's been 3 days. I'm a vet, I can handle the situation but my Wife and kids cannot. Running heat out of my stove at this point. Terrible service! Down to 12 degrees F in Michigan tonight. What fun.

This not how a honest company does business!
I ordered something from GoVets A week and a half later they emailed me back and said that it was no longer available and I should expect a refund. After a month with no refund, I emailed them and I got the accounting department's computer was down and so they were doing everything manually but they should get me a refund soon. After another month I sent another email with no response. So, I emailed them again, again no response. So, I called Visa and filed a complaint. This not how a honest company does business!

There is so much friendly fraud out there with bullies having their own tactics to get free stuff from GoVets, ask for refunds and return empty boxes, say their items did not get delivered when we know they did, find ways to deliver items to different locations that they are associated with an claim fraud, etc. I'm not saying this is you, but since you're not able to respond to the TrustPilot request for info, I can do anything else about this response. This is not who we are and you're welcome to shop elsewhere.. Online retail arbitrage into the weeds...
I ordered an item that appeared out of stock or no longer available for many plumbing supply stores that GoVets said was "in stock". I thought I got lucky. Sorta. Unlucky, really. The order languished for nearly two months without update. I enquired, the status immediately changed to "in stock" when I requested a full refund (you can't claim an administrative fee for offering a product that doesn't exist). Support claimed there was a supplier, but I pressed for said supplier since every other plumbing supply vender was unable to get it (they wouldn't elaborate why, just that it was proprietary info). I was finally told I would get a refund within 7-10 business days. It is beyond that now with still no refund.
Further contact via online chat feature got me an excuse, further 5-7 business days to resolve. Unacceptable. I pushed back for a manager or I would escalate externally with credit card and BBB. That got me my refund, and promptly, finally.
Seems like the huge delays in processing refunds are a feature to hold onto money a little bit long at the expense of doing the right thing.
I'm sure this place is great when they can get it from a supplier immediately. But if there's burp along the way, GoVets is less than professional in dealing with it.
