I don’t offer reviews on every single item purchased. (Who has time for that?) … But,I’m thankful that the notebook binders were available at a considerably lower price than other companies!

Missing the key part from my order

Missing the key part from my order. The whole reason why I ordered it. Needed the adapter. Now to try and figure out who to talk to.

Hi Tim - Contact our Chat Team or give us a call and we'll see what we can do to help. There's no reference order number so it's tough to search for things here without that info - but please go to GoVets.com/help and select the most convenient option for your situation. Ticket, Chat, Phone, etc.. Take care!!!

Great polishing rags

I am always cleaning my truck and these rags work great. Very absorbent and lint free. Better than microfiber. This was a great buy.

SCAM Company. No parts shipped, billed me, now have to chase my money!

Bought stock part, but no stock really. One month later still no part and status is in process. They agree to cancel order after a month and billed me. One month later still no refund. Had to call again to get my money back and they said ..Oh, it is pending will take care of it. Never again, SCAM company trying to keep my money. STAY AWAY!!

Mike - would love to get a Ticket #, SKU, Order #, etc.. More other reviews have this info so a review out of the blue like this is unfortunate. I see this is your very first review on TrustPilot! Good for you. Hope this is not just a temp email account from a competitor or former employee that is trying to damage us! If not, I'd love to make it up to you and figure out how we can continue to work together and earn your trust in the long term. We're not a scam company - we've been in business for quite a long time, have 250,000+ customers and have had the same company leadership since day one. It pains me to see these reviews and see us lose potential long term customers, particularly when the review is not tied to an order (like most legit ones are). If you feel like you need to speak to one of the owners to get your matter resolved or figure out how we might be able to make it up to you, feel free to email marc@veratics.com and put "Mike Detroit - My First TrustPilot Review" in the subject and we'll be happy to hook you up and go from there!!! Will the real Mike Detroit please stand-up?.... and please give a holla to Marshall for us if you see him around town! :-). - Have a great day Mr D!

Why does this cost less than $800.00 on…

Why does this cost less than $800.00 on other sites but $22,000+ on this site? For the same EXACT product? Not sure people but I would check other sites.. every single one is thousands and thousands cheaper!

Hi Prawnstar... Sorry you think this item is mispriced.. whatever this item is! :-). It's very possible that it's mispriced and if so, I apologize. We usually get our prices from our suppliers and when managing a database over over 4 million products (more products than Grainger, Office Depot, HomeDepot, Lowes, ACE, Global Industrial, etc), these things happen. We have a page called Help Desk that allows you to reach out to our US-Based Staff (we don't offshore, so you'll get to speak with someone you can understand and that will hopefully understand you)... you can ask them what the deal is with this SKU, and if there's a problem, we can work with our suppliers to fix it. And in some cases, we actually reward our customers with courtesy store credit, Loyalty Upgrades, etc. Reach out any time!!! Have a great day. Appreciate the feedback, but it's just missing one little but important piece... SKU! :-)

The totes are as advertised and solid!

The totes are as advertised and solid. The delivery was faster than expected. Best of all, you're not amazon. I just purchased another 14 of these for a total of 26 and my other 4 locations will be placing orders for around 20 each. We're in the HEAVY equipment service business and the test batch has held up perfectly.
