Membership for another year
I had difficulty renewing my membership but was given clear instructions on how to achieve this..I now have membership for another year and can benefit from the savings and am very pleased with the outcome.

Extremely poor customer service and…
Extremely poor customer service and questionable subscription practices. I believed I had cancelled years ago, but can't provide evidence of that. Have been charged for subscription for 10 years without using it. Have been told I was sent emails and dismissed when I have said and provided evidence that I haven't. They've said they sent physical cards but I haven't received them. refuse to provide clear and relevant evidence that emails were sent to me, and refuse to provide a refund of all subscription - instead offering one payment covering one year. Very much - COMPUTER SAYA NO. Do not use this company, they rely on you not saying no, as opposed to asking whether you want to continue. How can you opt into a renewal subscription if you are not being asked.
