The help and understanding I received from Sarah in Customer Services was just wonderful...I am 88 years old and not very "tech-minded" or able....and she

Had to contact customer support to resolve an issue I had created in error. Service was quick, polite and very efficient resolving my issue first time. This allowed me to continue getting the great benefits offered by the card.

Great Customer Service - Thanks Georgina
The Gourmet card attached to my Lloyds account expired and I wanted to renew it directly through the app as it saves me a lot of money. Unfortunately this was not possible. I then contacted their customer service by email and Georgina guided me through the process following up to make sure everything was ok. Thanks Georgina. Your a star.

I am a Club Lloyds member and recieve Gourmet Society as part of my benefits.
My previous membership expired and I was unable to use my card as I have received no new membership number from Lloyd's.
I contacted Gourmet Society and received a reply within minutes.

It was all about the fantastic Georgina. My problem & queries were complex. This necessitated much interaction with Georgina. Who was superb. Patient kind well informed professional & took the trouble to explain everything I needed to know & do at every stage. And it was all a complete success & I am overjoyed with the outcome. Without Georgina to help me & always be there I would have given up lost my membership.
