Did not arrive
Did not arrive. No communications. Kept sending me fake tracking ID's and telling me it was my problem that they hadn't arrived.
Ordered on 5 Sept: Item has not arrived and no refund despite asking more that 7 times.
Update: I only received a meaningful response following this review after contracting them and getting templated responses for weeks.
Update 6 Nov: I did receive the refund.

Gourmetific set of saucepans
We recently purchased a set of Gourmetific saucepans for our caravan trips and they’ve been absolutely perfect. They do exactly what’s promised - super easy to clean, stack efficiently in our limited space and we cannot fault them. They are a joy to use and we are thrilled with them. Customer service is friendly and have been very helpful with any questions asked. We highly recommend them.

I love these pots and pans!
Gourmetific has the best customer service! I was gifted these pots and pans last Christmas and I use them daily! They cook sometimes 2 to 3 times a day every day and after almost a year they are still non stick! I love them so much!

I love our pots! they are stylish and practical. As we have a small kitchen I love how they just stack up and take up very little space.

I had stackable caphalon in our RV but it was too heavy and really did take up a lot of space.....I needed a much lighter pot/pan that took up less space and I found it and I love them!!! This is it...it is fabulous and I highly recommend these, you will love them

My search for the ultimate non stick pan is over!!
Over the years I have spend 1000’s on Baccarat, Scanpan, Bessemer and so many others in search of the ultimate non stick fry pan!
I finally found it!!!
And for the price of one of those expensive pans, I get a whole set of Gourmetific.
It’s been over 12mths and they are still non stick… I’ll never buy another brand again.

Safe, Innovative and Deluxe cookware. Brilliant!!!
What makes cooking with this cookware great is that the pans conduct the heat so well that cooking does not take that long, the ease with the clean-up is brlliant, things do not stick to the pans, and it goes from cooking, into the fridge which is fantastic for teenagers working late.
When storing, it fits into small areas, with no hassle....

I loved the basic set so much that I bought the full set. I live in a housebus where space is a premium so these pots and pans are fantastic. They all fit in one drawer!
Also - I’m very frugal with water. I’ve now cooked bolognaise, fried bacon, done stir fries etc in these pans & they are so easy to clean after and don’t stain. A wipe with a paper towel is usually enough - or after bacon, a wipe with a damp paper towel.
Highly recommend - it’s made such a change to my bus kitchen life!

I absolutely love this cookware
I absolutely love this cookware! The mint green is beautiful. I bought 2 sets and will buy more when they offer larger sizes. They do not stick and cook evenly. Easy to wash too. Storage is a big space saver. Definitely recommend.

First class customer service
First class customer service. We purchased the pans for our caravan. They are fantastic. Then, we bought the lids....not so good. They were out of shape and do not seal!
It took many months of back and forth, but the customer service girls were a delight. Gracious, polite and helpful. It has been resolved thanks to these wonderful ladies. Very happy!

Low quality cookware
The quality of this cookware is unacceptable and potentially hazardous.
Upon the initial wash, the exterior paint dissolved in the water, raising serious concerns about its composition and the possibility of chemical emissions during use.
The product arrived with no instructional materials, company logo, or identifying markings whatsoever.
This complete lack of labeling makes it impossible to verify the manufacturer, safety standards, or product origins, which is highly problematic for an item intended for food preparation.
Really not recommend anyone buying it.
You will be disappointed if you purchase from this scam website.
