And clean up was super easy. I also love the removable handles that allow you to stack the pots and save space. Overall, I love this set and so glad I bought it.

So versatile!
The first feature that attracted me to this product was the color, which made me skeptical because I shouldn't be buying a product based on color. However, when I received them, I was so impressed with how compact and versatile they were. I love that they can go from stove to right into the oven. So happy with my Gourmetific pots!!!!

We ordered the mini set
We ordered the mini set, the griddle and the large pasta pot. What a difference in the amount of storage space versus my regular set. We used them for 1st time this past weekend. Cooking was great and the cleanup even better. Removing the handle we could serve straight to the table. Thinking we might get a set for home.

As good as advertised
Can't fault the ordering and delivery service. Was very impressed with the speed and ease of replacing the damaged handle. Have found the cookware works as advertised. The only disappointment was that the lids for storing in the fridge don't actually seal. They only sit atop the pot.

Received wrong product, terrible customer service
Have received the wrong product which is not even on sales on their website. Received a titanium Wok instead of a Searing pan with different size.
Have been chasing customer service per email, every couple of days for past 2 weeks to keep hearing back: "our team is reviewing, will get back to you shortly"
Very disappointed with customer service for a simple problem that could be easily be resolved. Will have to use local consumer legislation to request refund.

I unfortunately scratched 1 pan and contacted customer services to discuss options of buying a singular replacement.

We use our gourmetific pans every day. It is very handy to be able to use on the hob and then to store in fridge etc without having to transfer into another dish by just removing the handle and popping on a lid. Nothing ever burns in them or sticks! I bought two sets as I have a large family feeding 11 people every day. Also good that everything is dishwasher proof too. Customer service has been excellent. Would recommend.

Prompt and friendly service
I got a cookware set from my kids as a birthday present. The pots and pans are great and meet all my cooking needs, but I managed to wreck one of the lids. I got in touch with the company and they promptly and sympathetically helped me get a new one.

Amazing pot and pan set
We we purchased our pots at after seeing it on social media of course you're always skeptical. But after getting them they were the bomb. The lightweight of these pots and plans are amazing he's cleaning them in the sink super easy picking them up off the stove Etc. Cooking with them are great as well even Heat throughout the pan if you don't have hot spots . The clamping handles are phenomenal we had a different brand and getting it off was a little more difficult these are very easy to use. We will be buying more to expand our set

DO NOT PURCHASE. My partner purchased the pans as we were drawn to the pretty colour. After only few uses the pans are horrifically discoloured and the stains are unable to be cleaned off. The bottom of the pans are are burnt to the extent they are now black. The pretty pale-blue colour is now covered in awful brown stains. We have contacted customer service, along with photos to no avail. I wish we had checked the reviews before purchasing, as this seems to be what happens with so many of them. ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Product Quality Concerns, but Satisfactorily Resolved
I was initially very pleased with the appearance of the cream-coloured pan set. However, after only one use, both pans became discoloured — turning black on the inside and outside. Additionally, one pan and its holder became stained yellow after cooking curry.
I reached out to Gourmetific regarding the issue. Although the resolution process took some time and required multiple follow-ups, the customer service team ultimately provided a satisfactory outcome. I was offered the option of receiving a replacement set or a full refund. I opted for the refund, which has been processed successfully.
While the experience was not as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved in a fair and professional manner.
