I cook almost every day and these pans just make things smoother. Cleaning is effortless and nothing has scratched so far. Only tiny thing is I wish the lid was a bit heavier but its not a big deal.

cast iron fan impressed

I usually stick to cast iron but this ceramic pan impressed me. Heats evenly and cleanup is way faster than I expected.

You will not like it but you will Love it.❤️

Honestly at first I was a bit doubtful and had this bad feeling that it might be just a scam yet I still took the chance to purchased it anyhow. The waiting period was the big challenge esp living in Spain for a few months only and the fact that you are also leaving in the coming months makes the situation more tense while waiting. It took many months before it reaches Spain and to my area where I lived. As to make the story short , the flaws lies in the courier in Spain. They did tried delivered it once only in my house but since I didn’t get any notice from them I didn’t know when and what time they will arrive. As per rule in any delivery companies , if you failed to deliver one time there is two more attempts you need to do before you send it to the sender. I received noticed from Gourmetific that there is a failed attempt delivery in my order. So I contacted the company who is holding my order and tried many times to cooperate with them in any ways so i can get my package and I’m giving them suggestions also on how to deliver it to me or on how I can get it from them. They promised me that i can pick it up to the designated store near my place and they will just give me notice when it’s ready for me to pick it up. So I was hopeful and i waited and waited until I could not wait any longer and called them again. To my surprised all I received from them is telling me that it’s on it’s way back to the sender and they cannot do anything about it. Frustrations hits me hard because all the efforts and hopes were all in vain. But Gourmetific upon knowing it, they helped me. When I told them if it’s possible to just send it to Norway instead then they said with no doubts that they will make it happen that it will arrive in Norway. They contacted the delivery company and let them send it to my home in Norway. They even given me a discount and refunded it to me while I’m still waiting for the arrival of my order in Norway. Thank you so much. I was so happy and full of relief seeing my orders when it arrived. The products are so nice and I just don’t like it but I Love it. I ordered the set of cookingwares. Everything from it’s pans, covers ,handles and lids it’s all perfect. It’s easy to use, easy to wash and it’s a nonsticky pans. Very light and you can really save space in your kitchen drawer. I am planning to buy again same set for our other home. Thank you and God bless this company more. 💕

I use these on both gas and induction and they work great on both. No weird hot spots which used to drive me crazy.

Incomplete order - unhappy

The box arrived (11 piece set) and there were no lids just handles. I have contacted customer service and have been told it will be investigated. There is nothing to investigate in my opinion as the set is incomplete. I have offered to return the box but have been told to be patient. Not good customer service!

Finally no more burnt centers

Made stir fry last night and nothing burned in the center like it used to. I think the even heating really makes a difference.
