Stained my white induction hob, and smells awful whatever it is that’s burned off the bottom. The handles stopped working properly after less than a week and some of pans only work intermittently on the induction, often says no pan recognised

The butter yellow ceramic set brightens my whole kitchen. Beyond the color though it genuinely cooks beautifully. I barely use oil now and everything wipes clean with almost no effort.

I did experience a small issue with one of the detachable handles, but the customer service team handled it exceptionally well. They responded quickly, resolved the problem in no time, and communicated clearly throughout the process.

One of the pans was damaged when arrived, box not damaged or paint work on pan, looks like damaged in production, photo sent straight away. Number of emails to them, each time was same excuse, they are investigating. Not good service tbh.

Took the grill pan on a weekend camping trip and it handled propane heat without any issues. The detachable handle makes packing easier which i didnt think I’d care about but i do now.

Everything was relatively quick. I did have one pot damaged in shipping but a message to customer service and the ball got rolling. Took about 2 weeks, but they gave me a partial refund on my purchase and were very pleasant to work with.

I just love these pots and pans
I just love these pots and pans. They clean up so wonderfully. No need for a dishwasher to clean these. They are so easy to use and they cook food perfectly. The customer service area is also great if you have questions or need anything.

I’ve been using the ceramic pans for about a month and I’m honestly impressed. My eggs slide right off and I barely need oil anymore which makes me feel better cooking for my family. The color also makes my kitchen feel softer somehow.
