The process was incredibly smooth and we didn’t even need to manage booking times and dates. Within a week of contacting GOTO Group, James Duffy completed our survey and we received a very useful and thorough report. Two months later, we reached out to James for guidance on an enquiry and he was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He provided detailed answers and valuable suggestions that helped us move forward.

First-time buyers, 5 Stars so far!
As first-time buyers, we're still in the early stages of purchasing our home, and the whole process has felt quite daunting. Thankfully, Joe Davies has been fantastic from the outset.
Joe has been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. No query has ever seemed too much trouble, and he's always made us feel supported and reassured.
He also helped us arrange our survey quickly and efficiently, making that part of the process completely stress-free. His prompt communication and genuine willingness to help have already made a huge difference to our experience.
Although we still have a way to go, we're really grateful for all of Joe's support so far.
