I have had a positive experience with GOTO Group. Clear and concise explanations of their services and the agent I spoke to (Joe) was polite and easy to engage with.

Joe was polite, kind, efficient, and able to fully explain what was required in a most professional and business-like manner. I can’t say anything further.

I spoke to Cameron Rafferty this morning after a conversation last week. Absolutely no pressure put on me at all, was more than happy to answer all of my first time buyer questions with non-jargon language and with patience. Fantastic service, really happy I have used them.

Katie Wilcox-Smith completed a level 3 survey on our home. We received the report the next working day and a late night email query was responded by with a phone call the next day.

I received a call from Joe Sweetman, who clearly explained the whole process to me, including the differences between the Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. He took the time to understand what I wanted and asked if I had any additional concerns or specific areas I wanted the surveyor to focus on.

After our conversation, he promptly sent me an email with all the information he had explained over the phone, which was very helpful. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I also really appreciated the follow-up emails, which kept me informed every step of the way.

We had a very seamless experience using GOTO Group for Surveys - with Andy Munro organising this for us. Jordan Matthews was our surveyor, and he conducted a very thorough survey and the report was returned back within two days. The standout part was the fact that Jordan was very happy to have a call with us the talk through the results - he could not have been more detailed, professional and accommodating to our questions, especially given we are first time buyers and had lots to ask - he put us at ease. I would heavily recommend Jordan to any person wishing to have a survey on a property in the future. Thank you Jordan!

I employed this company to do a survey on the house i was buying, initially I was sent the wrong survey, however after a phone call this was resolved and was told I would get the survey Friday or the Monday however it was the Tuesday when I received it
I’ve given this 3 stars only because when I finally got the right survey it was easy to understand and clearly laid out

Excellent service from the surveyor (Chris Regan) . He were professional, reliable, and thorough throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided helpful advice with a person centred approach. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy surveyor. I will definitely use him for the future if needed.
