Great service very flexible and made life very easy. Dealt with Rebecca Smith and she was very clear and concise and catered to all our needs.

We had a phone call from Rebecca Smith this morning who explained everything extremely well. She helped us understand the difference between level 2 and level 3 surveys and made sure the entire process was smooth. We also appreciated the follow up emails directly after. Would definitely recommend!

The report was extremely well-written, as well as informative. Huge thanks to Rebecca for that. It provided a thorough description of everything we needed to know. We had some follow-up questions for the surveyor and they were able to provide the answers through a simple discussion on the 'phone.

Completely corrupt. As a previous employee, do not use this company. They have withheld my documentation after my departure of the company and after requesting this numerous times, the cowards have decided to block me. Very unprofessional. I will state again for the fourth time that I expect my documents asap. In my opinion, if they can’t even treat employees with respect, how will they do the same to you as a customer.

Everything was smooth, quick and efficient. I hired a solicitor and surveyor through GoTo and I’m very happy with the outcome.

My Property Advisor was Lewis Hall who was excellent from start to finish. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. Patient and speedy, always on top of things, with regular checking ins. Lewis has a fantastic manner on the phone - professional, approachable, reassuring. I really appreciated all his help including his responses on the phone at the very end of his working day.

I had no personal contact with the Surveyor (Daniel Smith) but having received the Survey Report I was genuinely blown away with the level of detail and professional quality of the report.
I admire professionalism in any organisation and can wholeheartedly congratulate your company and staff on attaining and delivering to the highest standards.

Rebecca Smith was great as our consultant, within a couple days of her reaching out we had arranged a survey and matched local prices.

Stay away from this company, 600 pound and there excuse for not checking if the heating system worked was it wasn't turned on, the home owner could of turned it on in seconds, the whole survey was just stating the obvious that even a child could, don't waste your money on this scam company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rarely take the time to write reviews like this, paid well over £1000 for a level 3 survey on a property recently. The report raised a large number of red flags but, when I went to the relevant sections of the report, stated things like they were unable to comment on the relevant item and suggested I commission further surveys. This included declining to comment on fundamental areas like heating and water because “the heating was not on at the time” and they did not turn on any taps. When I queried the utility of the report, I was informed they could not test these items because no one was present at the property but at no point was I asked to arrange this. I was then told I would need to pay even more more to have the report corrected.

From start to finish an easy process. Joe made the whole process simple and explained everything. Happily recommend these guys

I had a great experience with them so far. They've provided quotes for the conveyancing on re-mortgage and the new purchase, plus the building surveys. They've been very responding in sorting out any queries. Cameron was very quick to set up the building survey quotes and get it actioned, polite and pleasant to deal with, so would recommend overall.
