We had a fantastic experience with Joe Sweetman, who advised us on our house surveys and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the process.

Joe took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us honest and sensible advice, and was always happy to answer our questions. His knowledge and guidance gave us real confidence that we were making the right decisions and helped make what can be quite a stressful part of buying a house feel much more straightforward.

They've been incredibly helpful in taking me from the initial stages of engaging with solicitors and through to conveyancing. They made it very simple and did all the leg work for me. Had a dealing with these guys for getting a house i’m purchasing to be surveyed. Joe & Harry on the phone are great guys, no unnecessary up selling, straight to the point with a great recommendation. Still yet to have the survey completed. however, more than happy to give these 2 a 10/10

DO NOT give them your details or submit a quote. They will HOUND you afterwards and even if you tell them you're not interested and to remove your details - they don't!
So far they have called me, emailed me, left voicemails and texted me a total of SEVENTEEN TIMES in a week and a half. I have now told them on the phone and via email THREE TIMES to remove my details and stop contacting me but they haven't honoured that!!
Absolute virus of a company as soon as they get your details.
I wouldn't go near them even if they had competitive prices. Needless to say we went with another company!
You are in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR and I will be reporting you to the ICO.

Joe Sweetman was my go to person at GoTo Group and he was very helpful in handling my queries as well as explaining the entire process which was very helpful for me as a first-time buyer. Generally, I would also recommend GoTo as they appear to know their stuff!

Rebecca Smith was brilliant at explaining the different types of surveys available. She clearly talked me through what was included at each level, what would be covered in the report, the level of detail and photographs provided, as well as how long the survey would take and when I could expect to receive the report. Everything was explained, booked and sorted over the phone within half an hour. As communication can be difficult around my job, I really appreciated how quick and efficient she was throughout. Highly recommend particularly if this process is new to you.

Efficient, professional and very informative. This is the second time I worked with Libby and the GoTo group; I didn't bother getting other quotes etc. the second time around as I knew these guys would take care of everything.

We had RICS level 3 Building completed; turnaround time was very fast I think less than 3 days. Later on had a call with our surveyor - Robert Mons, who was very helpful in explaining any questions we had basis the report. With his suggestion, we also completed additional inspections for our own peace of mind. Very happy with the service.
