Had a good time easy to get the stuff I needed and a very well done the worker Mel she was very helpful and a good laugh deserves a pay rise if you ask me

Denton was just brilliant. Went to get a new gas bottle thinking it was empty as our gas bbq had stopped working. Denton said it was still half full so maybe the regulator was gone. He tested mine with me and recommended what to buy. I was a bit nervous messing with gas and he told me exactly what to do. Knight in shining armour!

I brought a Cadac cook 2 pro 3 today and the box had slight damage the staff went above and beyond to check that everything was there and undamaged. Brilliant Thank you Denton and Ann-marie top staff.

Went on the 19th only had 3 items out of 5 no phone or email to say the other parts were in went on the 25th had to wait Twenty minutes to find the order then 1 part was missing which they were very happy to refund the money but not keen to replace the missing item

The service and support from Jo was fantastic, very knowledgeable around camping which gave me the confidence in me purchase my first family tent.

When we went into the store we asked one of the sales people where we could find the zempire tm v2 air tent he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I didn’t catch his name , we asked his advice as we are also after a good airbed , we purchased the zempire twin , and a few other bits

We really appreciated Denton’s assistance when purchasing our new Berghaus 600XL air tent. Very helpful and helped us with our discount code. We walked away very satisfied customers!

Went out looking for a tent, mainly to look see what was available. Found a staff member (Ade) and asked for advise. He was pure gold, asked what we needed wanted it to do, etc…. And guided us like a pro, right down to the tiny details that made a big difference. Put up with endless questions but still came up trumps with clear reason why certain products, although similar in appearance would work better in our set up.
When it came to pay Abiy got the job of processing our shopping as her till accepted cash when the rest was card, Abiy has a wicked sense of humour and was an absolute delight to deal with, infact all the staff I came into contact with were mega helpful, cheerful and genuinely wanted to help.
This level of quality of staff interaction was probably the best I’ve ever experienced, the Wolverhampton branch really is the bees knees. Head offices take note, score this branch 11/10, put all the staff on Santa’s list for a Christmas bonus, they deserve it. A+++

Got what I needed from the store - even though the website indicated that they no longer stocked this item. We didn't need advice on this occasion but the staff in the Wolverhampton branch are always on hand to assist with more complex purchases, e.g hiking boots. Our only contact on this visit was with Ryan on checkout who was friendly, polite and efficient.
