Wonderful customer service from Tahmid and Sophia!
Tahmid and Sophia were very helpful in helping us find the right pair of walking boots! We tried lots of pairs on but they were incredibly patient and answered all the questions that we had. They were very knowledgable and able to support very well!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, there is a nice cozy vibe between the staff members and after my 2nd visit in two days I have noticed that they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs.
Tiffany and 'GAY' Maj (insider joke, not homophobic) were absolutely awsome, to the extent of Maj running after me yesterday for 50 meters to hand me the hiking stick which I'd forgotten.
Huge thanks to Tiff for the nice discount.

Good service
My wife always has problems getting suitable shoes because of a bunion on one leg. We went to GoOutdoors in Tottenham Court Road. Maj was extremely patient and helpful with various suggestions. With his help my wife was able to find suitable and comfy shoes.

Good products, helpful staff
Bought a pair of Merrell walking boots. The store had a good selection and Tahmid was very helpful giving good advice on the types of walking boots. Very satisfied with the boots I purchased from this store. They are a good fit, supportive with good grip, feel well made and are comfortable. A good London store to visit, with helpful staff.

I had a rare problem with my walking…
I had a rare problem with my walking boots. One of the boots was letting in water, which is unusual.
I had my receipt and since it was within one year of purchase they immediately changed the boots for me- no quibbling at all. Both members of staff were great,and really supportive. That's part of the reason why I shop there. They know their stuff and take care of their customers. Now one thing to note. When you buy any shoes or boots hold onto the box. Without a receipt no chance, but without the box It's the same !
I was very luck they saw I was a loyal customer. Thanks Tiffany and Sophia youre both the best!
