GO Outdoors - Team Valley Omdömen 

I popped in to get an inexpensive pair of boots to see me on a trip after my last park gave up.

I was served by the very friendly Andy who guided me through the boots and fully understood my brief. He didn't go for the "upsell" but guided me through the budget end of boots and helped me pick a pair that met my wants for high ankle support, good sole and price point.

Overall very happy with my service, all other staff I interacted with were nice as well 👍

I was looking for more info on a pair of scarpa hiking boots at the Metrocentre store but they didn't really have a clue so i headed to the Team Valley store. I was assisted by Pedro at the boots section and he was so knowledgable about all the boots and answered all the questions and concerns i had and also agreed a price match on a competitor so I now have a pair of scarpa boots. Thanks Pedro for all your help.

My husband and I went to Team Valley yesterday to look at cycle helmets and was greeted by Gav who was so helpful and went truly out of his way to explain the different helmets which were out there. My husband did not want a helmet as it wouldn’t look good on him! Gav gave so much advice and help he finally convinced him. We had previously experienced Gav’s help when we were looking at electric bikes and his wealth of knowledge was fantastic. He took his time to explain the different types of bike so that we knew the best bike that would suit our needs. We would recommend anyone looking for a bike electric or manual to chat with Gav first. Highly recommend him. Steve and Kath

Andy in Footwear was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about product & helped us narrow down & decide upon which walking boots to buy.

Julie was absolutely excellent in helping me buy the right replacement pair of size 13 walking boots. Julie understood the challenge of finding well fitting boots in my size, and carefully checked the stock room to let me know what my options were. I am very pleased with my new boots and the overall shopping experience.

Julie was incredibly helpful , nothing was too much trouble considering it took some time to find the right boots to help accomodate the plantar fasciitis i suffer. She was honest informative and patience throughout, genuinely caring about what worked for me and not just a sale for the company.
I went away and returned to recieve the same level of care. I was reassured about returns and given the confidence I needed to make the purchase.
What refreshing customer care which is something sadly lacking these days.

Went for refund no problems given readily. Then bought walking boots. Staff knowledgeable, interested and very helpful. No sales pressure and I felt they really cared that I found what I needed. Pedro at till, Andrew in footwear and Lewis manager all great.

Came in for children and adults hiking boots. Pedro was very knowledgeable and had us with all 3 pairs of boots within 10 minutes. Really kind and helpful. Thank you
