Fantastic service from staff in store today every single one I spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional. Despite having issues with their it system they sorted the order I was collecting and even managed to save me some money! Thank you!!

Walked in looking like a little lost lamb but thankfully Jonathan and Alex scooped me up and gave me the best advice and customer service. It’s rare I’ll go out of my way to leave a review but Harry A was exceptional today! He answered the questions I had, made good jokes with my friends and I and despite it being less than an hour until close, put effort in at a level that was more than just being at work - top guy!

Never disappointed with customer care…
I was purchasing a pair of sandles and Jonathan was extremely helpful. It seems that nothing is too much trouble. To have a store that allows dogs makes all the difference and I really appreciate Go outdoors policy with this. Without this facility it would prove almost impossible for me to physically go into a store.

Connor was wonderfully helpful
Connor was wonderfully helpful, polite and efficient, we lost our car key and he was immediately helpful and found it for us when we had given up looking and left to get a new key.
