We came in knowing what boot performance we needed for my wife. Matt was excellent in his guidance, factual information and 'un- pushiness' in his approach. We came out with the exact solution. Very helpful guy.

Really helpful staff, & friendly atmosphere all round. Matt in particular was attentive & courteous, & although it was his first week, he seemed to have settled in quickly. Very positive experience, & highly recommended store for all outdoor needs!

I was served by Annie and Joe.. They gave me helpful information on what product to use to wash and reproof my down jacket and walking trousers..Annie has also served me in the past and always has a warm friendly smile..my daughter would learn alot from her ha ha...

Annie was helpful and a very nice person. The membership cost £5 but saved me £15. The st9re is clean well aranges and prices are clearly displayed.

I was served by Annie on a number of occasions when visiting the Tamworth branch, she is always extremely polite, helpful and professional. Making my experience positive.

This branch is always clean, tidy and well organised I often see members of staff making sure stock is in the correct place as well as being presentable. The stock level is usually substantial considering it’s a much smaller shop than some others.
I think other branch’s should take on board what the staff do at Tamworth to help improve some of the other stores.

I visited Go Outdoors recently to find a pair of hiking boots for an upcoming trip to the Andes, and I had such a positive experience thanks to Courtney.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and took the time to understand exactly what I needed and the kind of terrain I’d be hiking in. Her advice was thoughtful and practical, and she explained the differences between options clearly without any pressure.

What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and invested she was in making sure I left with the right pair, not just any pair. It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Courtney is an absolute credit to the store, and because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to Go Outdoors in the future.
