Brilliant Service
I went to the Go Outdoors in Tamworth today to grab a pair of hiking shoes as mine have sprung a leak. There were quite a few people trying on shoes and boots but Cortney who served me was soon over to see if I needed help.
I was ok at the time however she was really helping others and explaining the difference between the shoes. She came back after a few minutes fetched the shoes I wanted to try and I was soo a t the checkout, signed up as a member and off home!

Efficient Service
Nice big store with good choice of brands and clothing. We were left to our own devices to browse, which made for a relaxed experience, staff were readily available when needed.
Jess H was very helpful and knowledgable with walking shoes & sizing options per brand. She then sorted out our expired member card.
For once a pleasant shopping experience.
Look forward to returning here when we need more outdoor gear.

First class service, with a smile
The level of service I received was fantastic. I'd been struggling to find a pair of suitable walking shoes for sometime. At many of the shops I'd visited there simply wasn't anyone available around the shoe department. However a very friendly assistant named Emma was only too happy to help, offering excellent advice and encouraging me to try different pairs of shoes to ensure I was completely happy. Nothing seemed to much trouble and Emma was knowledgeable and served with a smile on her face.

Great customer service
We visited today and purchased a pair of walking shoes and boot bag and a Gerber multi tool. We were served by a lovely member of staff named Courtney, she was very helpful and polite. Great customer service and even gave us a discount we wasn't expecting as the multi tool was priced incorrectly.
