We bought an item and had a few issues loading the Go outdoors account. Rory was very helpful and patient. Everything was sorted and it was highlighted that I could also use my blue light discount. Very pleasant member of staff.

We were shopping in the go outdoors store in stoke and needed help selecting the best shoes for a teenage boy on a ski holiday. we spotted Theresa who over the years has always been very helpful and knowledgeable even when the store was in Hanley (Stoke On Trent) she was very helpful. She goes above and beyond with helpfulness and advice. She has done for many years. She is a great ambassador for the company thank you Theresa.

I would have given 5 stars but your website wouldn’t acknowledge I was already a member so I had to pay a £5 membership fee to get the lower price.

I have since visited the store and have been given a £5 gift voucher as compensation.

Well being early on a Sunday morning you couldn’t find a nicer and more helpful gent than Tom! Problems with finding my account he refused to give up, big shout to Tom and keep up the Sunday morning positivity😎

Me and my dad really appreciated having help from Theresa, she really connected with us and pointed us in the right direction for a good pair of walking shoes.

Went in to try and get a decent pair of walking shoes as I was struggling at other walking shops I'd been to.
Decent selection of shoes although only really one make did a wide fit.
Theresa who helped out was really helpful and knowledgeable and got me sorted with a pair of Meindl shoes.
Only comment I have is that Go Outdoors need to have a few more makes that do wide fit. Not everyone has a narrow foot

Theresa assisted me with a gait analysis; she was extremely friendly, professional and a genuinely vibrant individual. She answered all my questions and helped me choose my first pair of running shoes. As someone new to running, I felt a bit lost about where to start, but she made the whole process feel easy.

She is a real asset to the team. Small interactions like this truly brighten people’s days, and I really appreciated the time and care she took to help me😊

T - just read that I should not include names - had so much knowledge about the boots I was interested in; advised which would best suit my requirements. I needed to pay with some vouchers and a different T on the till was equally helpful. There was a gentleman there watching over her - sorry I didn't get your name. All 3 were so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to shop in the store. And - my boots are great too, very comfortable.
