Needed some new walking boots. I have big, wide feet for a lady with the added issue of plantar fasciitis. I’ve not had much luck with walking boots in the past but Tracy was amazing, she helped me find the right pair for me and my awkward feet.
I must have spent an hour trying on all types of boots, ladies and men’s to find the right pair. She was nothing but patient and helpful throughout the whole experience.

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff who go out of their way to support you when your teen is going on his first DofE and you haven’t got a clue what he needs 😉. We have been in three times recently and Tracy is brilliant, really appreciate her help.

I was served today by Karen, who found me exactly what I was looking for. It wasn't displayed in the shop, as it was really for the winter season, so even more appreciation to her for finding it!

Very friendly and helpful staff, not pushy at all leave you to browse then once you have decided what you want they are always happy to advise if what you have choosen will be fit for the task in hand. always use the Stafford branch.

Came into the shop looking for some advice on outdoor camping equipment, was assisted by Meg who was exceptionally helpful and well mannered and gave me all the information I needed to make my purchases, will come again.

I had a quick turnaround on delivery and everything I ordered arrived except the baseball hat as that arrived under separate cover and I was also very pleased with the quality of the goods and also, some of the merchandise that I ordered came with a bag so that when you have to pack it away for the winter, it can be nicely and neatly put away knowing that it is protected!
