Brilliant customer service.
Visited the store today to buy some tee shirts ....good range and uber helpful sales lady (manager?) made the purchases super easy. A small shop but good range of products and excellent customer service.

Stafford branch are so helpful, I’ve bought a number of things over time but my Merrell walking shoes are the best I wasn’t sure which to go for but after discussing my needs the Merrell ones were recommended and were in the sale. They are exactly the right shoe. Thank you Tracy

Popped into the store today just to…
Popped into the store today just to pick up a couple of things for a motorbike trip
Not really used the store before but a little put out that everything had two prices standard and member price then when checking my receipt it states beat any price 10% with a members card
The items I bought at full price would have cost me more if I bought a membership as well (£5)
Why the membership? I’ll find other places going forward online which are cheaper without any membership cons
