Will and callum were a god send on…
Will and callum were a god send on footwear and click and collect. Both helped serve us with great care. Also found out it was callums last day so would lkke to wish him well with university. Thank you for this experience

Went to the Pudsey Leeds store. Couldn't find what i was looking for so a staff member helped me. They didn't have the size we needed so he found one at the Leeds York Road store and he called them and reserved it for us. Collected and very happy. Exceptional customer service.

Impromptu camping trip needs.
Called in store today for a last minute camping supply trip. I had literally 30 questions for Holly + Joey. I was helped massively and endlessly with questions and being directed to items I couldn't find in store.

we tried an exchange after partner was not attended to correctly with advice for running shoes she paid over a hundred and was not satisfied returned one day later and rejected for wearing this is still within consumer right to return and partner will no longer be a customer going forward im afraid not validated at all from any member of team
