GO Outdoors - Pudsey Omdömen

Went to go and purchase a new pair of boots. Asked for advice on boots and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the boots. A quick shout out to Kevin. Thanks very much. He provided very good customer service. Thanks again.

Fantastic service at the Pudsey store from both John and Megan.

They helped me select a great pair of walking boots - had deep knowledge of the different brands / models and were suoer patient as I tried on several pairs before selecting a pair from Marrmot.

Kevin was absolutely brilliant. Gave brilliant advice on footwear and really helped me in my decision making. 10/10 staff member and really knowledgeable.

Called Pudset store for a part I was missing for a Berghaus tent pump. Was passed to John the store tent specialist. Drove to the store and met john for him to quickly take us over to his spares bag and hand us exactly what we needed. This item was out of stock everywhere and John knew exactly what we needed.

John helped me with all my parcels he was lovely and really helpful

Absolutely amazing service! I attended a few days ago and was met by very welcoming staff. I have been looking for a new jacket and Joey helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and great customer service!

I was there for walking boots. There was a large selection to choose from which varied in price to suit all pockets.
Kevin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
He took time to make sure I got the correct size and even showed me an alternative way to fasten the boot for extra comfort.

Katrina was brilliant in store. She really knows her stuff. Helped me select new walking gear with efficiency and great product knowledge. Thanks

Great selection of gear and great opening hours. Needed to quickly pick up a rear bike light for my work commute, and Oscar who served me spotted a better price online - even better!
